Such a disappointing experience . I bought some 3-6 months sandels for my little girl, and was in a little of a rush when i bought it as we were going to hamilton. The lady was helpful at the counter as she helped me removed the tags from the shoes and i asked her to throw the receipt away aswell. I went back the next day as the shoes were just to small and i just wanted a bigger size. The same lady helped me and remembered me from the day before , i showed her my bank statement. She was pretty rude in saying that i needed the tags i said sorry and that i just need a size up in the same shoe style. She kept repeating that i needed to keep the tags. It was a lot of money for the sandels and becsuse i just bought it the day before i ecpected to get it exchanged. Will never...

Every experience I have had at The Crossing Pharmacy and in all dealings with the staff that work there (the staff I have personally spoken to are Leah, Cynthia & Tash), has been absolutely fantastic! They are not only knowledgeable and helpful (which can be rare at other Pharmacy’s) but they show genuine care and kindness while doing it. No question is a stupid question and they are more than willing to take time to explain things in a way that’s clear and concise. If you want a friendly atmosphere where they go out of their way to help you and you can see they enjoy doing so, then this is the place to go!! I highly rate this Pharmacy! FIVE STARS for sure!...

I purchased a 100g pack of Nurofen from this pharmacy and they charged me staggering $30 for it. To my disbelief, I discovered that Chemist Warehouse sells the same product in a 200g pack for only $24.99.

Such a substantial difference in pricing for same product is beyond belief. How can they justify such a significant markup, especially when compared to the price offered by a direct competitor…
