Amazing store with lots of lovely clothing. I swung in yesterday just to check it out as it was recommended by my better half. The lady in the red Mary Jane shoes was so lovely and patient and fantastic. However when I went back today I was greeted by a different lady who clearly loves the store as she was wearing the products. As constructive feedback it would be ideal if she wasn't so pushy towards customers, as I did advise her I was feeling "bloated and not 100%" when I was trying on a few things with my fiance in which she kept pushing me to try and buy some of the items like the blue ghost cardigan. We did have a conversation about her ghost skirt and matching top as well but again felt very uncomfortable. It could have been a quiet day and she could have been bored but there's always something to do. I do plan on returning to this shop as the overall experience...

I had come up from Gizzy sulking that, not only had I ordered online a beautiful cardi that was far too bigā¦but I didnāt even order it from the right country (AUS) š I came in and basically said āHELP š„¹ā and that she did š„° Gen made me feel like less of an idiot for my mistake š¤ and helped me sort it in the most chilled out way and the experience was so good, that I left very thankful, had lunchā¦then decided to go back and ended up buying two more dresses! I then got to meet the other lovely girl working there (sorry I donāt know your name š„¹) but she was wonderful too! They helped me and my two friends with fittings and made the whole experience so enjoyable, that here I am writing my first ever review! Staff member accidently charged me Boxing Day for an item I didnt take (mistakes happen) but when I phoned later that day refused to resolve or even offer to look into it for me since I live outside the region and couldnt return to the store. Could have been resolved by checking their camera or stocktake that item. No empathy and would not even give me an email to contact support. I found one and emailed them with my receipt. No reply. Really disapointed in the poor customer service from Support email and rude assistant manager in Tauranga. Put me off a brand I really like and wear a lot of. Will put my money into quality NZ brands from now on that know...
