Turner Heights Townhouses — Local services in South Island

I just completed my stay here, and I absolutely loved it! It’s just outside of the busy centre, but still in town. The staff is very friendly and wants to go the extra mile to make you enjoy your stay. I certainly felt very welcome and had some nice chats with staff members. Also, cleanliness at this place is taken to a level I rarely experience. During my stay, I could witness people checking out and staff moving in to clean the place. They easily took more than an hour per apartment to clean it all. When I got into my apartment, I didn’t find any dust at all. No smudges, nothing. They clean very thoroughly and to me that is a sign they are in it for the long run. Well done! My only critique is the WiFi, it’s not fast at all and should be improved. Any stream beyond full HD was impossible. I got speeds of like 7 Mbps down. Which is not something acceptable to me in 2025. Don’t let this put you off though. When staying in Queenstown, you are gonna be too busy exploring the great outdoors environment anyway. Just have your expectations set accordingly. I would definitely return when visiting...

We were pleasantly surprised with how amazing our Turner Heights Townhouse was. To start with we arrived a few hours early and had to find a car park before joining a tour, the owner was kind enough to let us park on site (parking in Queenstown can be very challenging) When we got back check in was a breeze and our apartment was so much more than we expected. Over 2 levels we had a kitchen, dining room, lounge, toilet and balcony upstairs, then full bathroom, laundry, 2 bedrooms and courtyard with bbq downstairs. And although slightly obstructed by the houses in front we had beautiful views of the lake, mountains, town and gondola. I'm not sure how long ago they were renovated but everything was clean, modern and very comfortable. As others have mentioned there is an extremely steep hill out the front but it's short, it's definitely a good workout and didn't bother us, everywhere around Queenstown is hilly. Location is fantastic, you can be in the middle of Queenstown shopping area in 5 minutes. I look forward to staying again...

We have stayed here twice now, having stayed at three other properties in Queenstown prior. The location and overall size of the apartments provides great value. The free on-site parking is a real bonus considering the parking issues in Queenstown and charges imposed by some properties. We’ve stayed in both a front and rear apartment and my personnel preference is the front ones as the parking is a little easier and you don’t have to climb a steep staircase to get to the living rooms. They also have two toilets, one on each floor and feel more private. The down side is that the views generally are not quite as good as the rear ones. The exception being #11 which appeared to have unobstructed views of the lake. These apartments also have private outdoor bbq facilities. It’s a five minute walk to town, although like So many properties in Queenstown the walk home from town is up hill ,but not too bad. Thoroughly recommend Turner Heights ...
