Room was not even ready for 2pm so we had to sit around and wait. Website claims a "spacious" 3 bedroon apartment. The downstairs bedroom and ensuite is the smallest I have ever seen. NO room for luggage in the bedroom. Ensuite sink is so narrow its unusable. The rest of the apartment could not be described as spacious either; it is overcrowded with furniture. Dining table is an absolute joke; seating 4 would be cosy let alone the 7 which the apartment was booked for. Exposed wires on several power cables with damaged sheething Wifi was deplorable Stains on towels and linen Damaged furniture Hot plates didn't work Cords for blinds were not secured to the wall so are a choking hazard to children

Great location with beautiful views. Nice cosy unit with ample space to sleep 6 adult's. Bedding and supplies was comfortable. kitchen has all essential appliances and washing facilities. Equipped with Heating in all the rooms and living spaces. The unit was very welcoming and clean. The supply of body soap and shampoo was a bonus and the supplies of toilet paper, laundry powder and body washers. Dishwasher powder and dish liquid. Just some things we experienced was balls of black hair that got caught in my toes. The bathroom had a very bad smell so we had to keep the door closed. Overall a very lovely unit and well maintained. Will definitely recommend.

Really nice apartment. Neat and clean. Lots of heat sources available like central heating, portable heaters, plenty of blankets and heated towel rails. Shower pressure was great and we always had hot water. There is a washing machine dryer and dishwasher. Only one problem was that there were neighbors that burned something in their fireplace every night which smells absolutely terrible and made it unpleasant to stand out on the patio. I believe its an absolute necessity for management to address this. I would definitely book here again for our future holidays in QT.

My friend booked this place for our group. The place situated about 700m or 15 min walk from the center, so it's quite convenient to walk to the town center. The place is clean and has designated car park for each unit. One downside is that at the apartment I stayed, you will have to walk up the stair every time you want to use the toilet.

One thing that you should be mindful is that they will take deposit from you and they have very strict signs and rules that you have to follow. If you miss one sign or rule, you would be charged. We tried to obey and follow every rules, for examples, we have to take rubbish out ourselves before we leave the apartment. It was not clear if it's all of the rubbish or just the one that's not in the bin, but we did take all rubbish out. We never had to do this at any place we stayed in New Zealand or any other country. I feel it should be included in the cleaning service charged with the room price. However, this is something that we don't mind following as it was instructed clearly. We did not see the sign that we cannot move the furniture, so we move the bed together to prevent my 4 year-old daughter from falling off the bed. We didn't even move it out of the room or move the refrigerator or something that would be seriously damaged from moving. We were told that we have not made any attempt to move it back. Also, we would have moved it back if we see the sign, let alone making an attempt. I think our intention of following the rules is clear enough on other things we did, so it's very disappointing that they still insisted on charging $35 for moving it back.

If you can be certain that you will not miss any rules or don't mind not receiving full deposit back, this place is a...

The best feature of Cranbury Court is the location. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the township so you can leave the car behind and walk to restaurants, attractions, shops and supermarkets which is great because parking is terrible in Queenstown! Our small family of 3 had a quiet 1 brm apartment which was small but met our needs perfectly. The bedroom had a queen and a single bed, I think other 1 brm apartments are larger with a sofa bed but this did not suit us. We stayed in July and the apartment was really warm - we never needed to use the heaters or electric blankets. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering, so even though we only ate breakfast there, there were appliances such as a slow cooker and a rice cooker provided. The only minor quibbles would be that for cutlery and crockery, there was only a maximum of 3 of anything (e.g. 3 forks, 3 knives, 3 small glasses, 3 small mugs) so there was a lot of washing involved. We also had family members visit and we were not able to all have a cup of tea at the same time! The other thing to note is that the parking space allocated to our unit was quite small - luckily we only had a small rental car but the space would have been tight for a larger vehicle. It would also have been good if there were recycle bins available for plastics, paper etc, and not just for glass. Overall however, the unit was a great base for easy exploring of Queenstown's main attractions, the staff were easy to communicate with, and we'd definitely stay...
