Visited this store on a Saturday morning. I called in the morning to confirm the type of shoe was in stock. I had a lovely woman answer my call and was happy to confirm they did have them in. On arrival with another pair from their Albany store, the staff made a simple exchange. (In the original box and only worn inside). I had help form an absolute gem of a girl, who basically played fetch for me for about 20mins while I tried on almost the entire range. She was not very knowledgeable on shoes however didn't blink when I asked for a heap of sizes and models. When it came to the exchange it took a few mins and they were happy to refund the dollar difference to my account. I bought a new back pack from this store on Sunday. I wanted one for long distance cycling for both commuting and casual day trips. Staff really knew their products and were super helpful and friendly. The lady that served me spent a bit of time helping me test out each backpack making sure it met my personal preferences and needs. I probably spent a little more than I originally intended but now I have taken the pack out on a few trips it was totally worth it and I'm so grateful for her advice.
