Bought few items couple of weeks ago from New Market Westfield Store, I asked for a different size of the t shirt but the sales assistant has given me a different design, I only realised this once I got home. Brought it back to get it exchanged to a short sleeves T shirt that I originally ordered, but the store couldn’t find the purchase in their system, even though they agree that the other clothes I’ve bought are quite recent. What is the use of collecting information from customers if they can’t properly enter the purchases into their system? Terrible customer service, insisted on proof of purchase when I’ve got all items purchased with me with labels on. Better to get a physical receipt, if they aren’t capable of doing their...

I love this store and have bought so many items that have become a staple however I bought a pair of jeans online (so obviously can’t try them on) and they don’t fit me. They were in the sale (still $110) but the policy was not obvious upon purchase that I can’t return them. So now I am left with an unwearable pair of jeans…. What a waste! One reason I like the company is the Lifestore which promotes sustainability but this returns policy completely contradicts that. Visited today to try jeans as I am wanting to buy a few pairs for winter. Shop assistants completely ignored me, did not say hello or offer to help w sizing. Was back and forth from the fitting room to get myself different sizes. Really liked a couple of pairs I tried but did not purchase due to the fact that the staff did not help me. Found great service at Cos, Country road and purchased there instead. Gutted as I love assembly label but the principal of being ignored while shopping did not...
