I placed an order through Panda Delivery and clearly selected Pickup Order. However, when I arrived at the shop, the staff first questioned whether I had chosen the wrong store, and then insisted it was a delivery order that had already been picked up by a driver.

I showed my phone to confirm that it was indeed a Pickup Order, but they still seemed confused. Eventually, the drinks were remade for me, but the staff then told me to “wait for a phone call” because the delivery driver might contact me later, and that I might end up getting another set of drinks.

Just bought a Taro milk tea but the lady who made the order didn't do it right. I bought the same order from this store last month and several times before from other store as well and know what it looks like. I noticed that there was only bit of taro smudged on the side of the container and it looks more like Hazelnut tea but didn't really bothered and when I started drinking it, it tastes more like just a plain milk tea than a Taro milk tea.
