Went to go get my nails done on Sunday, I had given them an inspo picture and they said they could do it and said it would take 2 hours including the time it would take to soak off my previous nails I had on from another place. The soak off itself took an hour and I had cuts around my fingers after. When it was time to actually do the acrylics, the way my nails were being filed and dealt with left me with even MORE cuts on all my fingers which I still have 4 days later. I had asked for square shaped nails and left with what looked like duck nails and I had to file it down myself after I left. I had 2 fingers on each hand with a type of design I wanted (which they said they could do) and it looks nothing like the inspo picture. The whole process took around 5 hours, I had got there around 1pm and left around 6pm despite them telling me it would only take 2 hours. After my nails were completed they took around an extra 10 minutes taking pictures of my nails. On Tuesday, 2 of my nails had just fallen off just 2 days after I had got them done. It is currently Thursday and 5 of the nails have fallen off and has left my natural nails very damaged. They charged me $120 for nails that didn’t even last 48 hours. Thank you to the beautiful ladies @ chinny beauty space for having me and slaying my hair. This was my first time doing twists, i had booked with another person on instagram who cancelled on the day of my appt well i was literally down the road from the appt site almost my appt time too. so i had to find an alternative. I messaged a few hair places that could do the twist to see if there were any free spaces for yesterday or today. I know chinny is very busy and it was their day off today BUT they went the extra mile to fit me in and do my hair for me even though i advised i know it was late notice to ask for a service and it was okay if they couldnt fit me in but chinny boss made it happen for me! Appreciate it heaps & love their work and their shop vibes 😊 Definitely was a new experience for me and will be going again to do my hair....
