Hot Spring Spa Pools (Newmarket) — Local services in Waitematā

After about 8 months we now have our Hotspring Aria spa. Caroline at the Newmarket shop communicated with us while we waited for our spa and a wait it was. We ended up choosing a spa that was in stock and within a week it was delivered and installed. Caroline has gone above and beyond to walk us through these early days of learning to operate our spa. All questions were answered in a friendly manner, nothing was too much trouble, I felt so relaxed asking anything whether it be big it small. We are still learning, might take a while to sink in😂, with Caroline’s help we will get there. Hot Spring Newmarket was the 4th spa shop I visited in my search for my first spa. I'm an engineer so was very specific that I didn't want to be told 'it's a Hot Spring so its better'. Also I had really made up my mind to purchase an Alpine spa, but wanted to be thorough.Caroline took the time to understand my needs and compare Hot Springs spas to the other brands. The quality components, long lasting shell plus evidence that these spa's consume half the power won me over and justified the price. I ordered my Hot Spring Beam. Caroline made everything easy from finance to delivery (by crane!). I have mixed reviews of this shop. Caroline Critchley gets an outstanding endorsement for her dedication,patience and assistance with using the chlorine and products. Always happy to help and kind. Sadly when she is not there Lee is sullen and disinterested. Over the lockdown I called to ask about ordering some chlorine and when the shop might be open . Lee automatically put the order through . I wanted to wait until level 2 and collect myself but he said I could not cancel . Eventually I managed to tell him to cancel the order . Today went to the shop tentatively unsure who would be on duty and Caroline was there about to shut the shop for lunch but she kindly opened the door and helped me instantly .
