I went there about a month ago as we were in that area and another time past few months. I was there to buy stuff as the quality of Rodd & Gunn is great.
However, service is BAD. No other customers when I went there, there were 3 Staffs I saw that time, 2 were young ladies and another older lady came out from the office (she seemed like the manager)
I’m not excepting any attention but I know what kind of customer service I would provide to the customers who walks in from any walks of life if I’m working there, I worked in a customer service fast paced environment for years and still working in a customer service base working with Corporate clients.
Their Staffs at Commercial Bay, doesn’t seem to care if you are there or not, no one says hi or hello or good morning, no warmth. I said good morning and they just looked at me. It felt like I shouldn’t be there, I looked like I’m just disturbing them.
My husband is a regular client of Rodd & Gunn, even he experienced the same at Commercial Bay branch.
Based on my experienced, it looks like there is a need of internal training to be done if they want their sales to be in a better position.
If you happen to be in Newmarket, the Staffs at Newmarket branch are so much better guys, they are nice, smiling and at the same time happy to assist you.
I gave 2 stars for the poor service at Commercial Bay branch.

Read morePopped into the store looking for the restaurant. Very kind team member showed me through to the restaurant.
Had a yummy dinner, food was delicious. Service was very good, although the Waiter was a little unfriendly, he eventually warmed up.
Overall a great night and the food was great. Especially the snapper and roast potatoes!!. The NY strip loin was a bit over cooked- would recommend rare ! 👌 nearly sent it back but didn't want to make a fuss.
