What a disaster when a blond mid aged Karen trying to convince me a product that is obviously not the one I was looking for is what I was looking for 🤢🤮. I was given a tester the other day from this shop and decided to buy one today. This mid aged blond Karen who definitely had the right manners to serve other white client before me, showing nothing but impatience and nervousness when I was checking the ingredients as the “ description of the shampoo changed”. She was extremely impatient and pushy and kept telling me she was 100% sure it was the same product. No Karen! It’s not! Other shops are selling the ones you don’t have at the moment! I came to your shop because I got tester from here and it’s a courtesy to shop again! March...

Completely ignored, stood waiting for help for 10 mins before being acknowledged sold a product that is not for fine hair she did not listen to my hair concerns at all.

When I spoke about booking for colour an cut ... I saw a stylist in the salon, an said id like to book with this stylist, she stated not to book with that stylist. They not very good, no one likes them! She suggested to see someone else I was horrified & shocked! No booking was made

Came for a long overdue fringe trim and layer tidy up after work tonight. I was looked after by Giselle who was not only an attentive listener but also proved she was an expert in her craft while being very approachable and efficient.
