My business has been a client of Servcorp in Auckland for over four years and the service has been superb. At home or abroad I want for nothing. Whether I am at home or traveling outside New Zealand, the Servcorp staff, using pre-arranged guidlines, sift all incoming correspondence and ensure I receive only the relevant mail and messages wherever I am in the world. The piece of mind, in knowing my business is in good hands, when I am not immediately available, is beyond measurement. Moreover,the service is global: I recently found myself in Dublin and obliged to arrange, at short notice, an unplanned meeting in London the next day. A quick email to my Servcorp Auckland Manager and an office was allocated to me in Servcorp, London. The resultant meeting went smoothly and yielded good business. The staff at the Auckland PWC building act like high quality regular staff but at a fraction of the cost. They contribute to my success and I would be lost...

Last year and the year before that brought me incredibly difficult health challenges. Unfortunately, I had signed up with Servcorp at the wrong time and shortly after, suffered a major relapse. This left me broke. It also spelled the end of my long term relationship.
I handled things badly and when cancelling Servcorp, evidently,didn't do the correct procedure. I can see how I could have handled it better than now, but at the time was not well and not thinking straight. In the end, the sales manager at HSBC (Ksenia) was good. She faced pressure from me and that probably was not justified. I did get a refund in the end which was the right thing to do.
I offer my sincere apologies for any confusion to Ksenia. She is a professional, and knows her stuff. I would recommend Servcorp Auckland to small businesss. Apart from the actual office, the networkimg is fabulous

The amazing Suz Scott and her team are meticulous in the service provided, however this doesn't take away from the personable nature of each team member that works with her. I can guarantee if you worked with this team at Servcorp, you'd even share some laughs with the likes of Ruchel and particularly Mikalina!
The location of the office makes it prime real estate...when people ask where your office is...the reply....Level 27 of the PWC tower alongside the Servcorp Team....its priceless....
