It was the first day of Commerical Bay’s offical opening today and I visited Superette to purchase items for my husband's birthday. The store layout was bright, inviting, spacious and open! I was greeted very promptly by Madison P; she had a massive smile and helpful disposition! She then assisted me very thoroughly with sizing, stock availability and her own advice/opinions. She even gift wrapped the items beautifully! Fantastic service and a great experience all around! Will be back soon for my own...

Had an amazing experience at Superette today (Saturday) in commercial bay. Came in to get a dress for a wedding last minute and the guy who served me was a legend. He even steamed the dress for me and had such a good energy. It’s people like this who keep you coming back to spend more money haha wish I got...

Non existent customer service.Not a hello or can I help you and they weren't even busy. Maybe a reality check for staff that it is very hard to get a job currently and anyone could have more enthusiasm for their job based on the current economic...
