I’m very disappointed with the service at Warehouse Stationery today. We came in this morning to do some printing and were told it would take about an hour and a half to two hours. However, when we returned to pick up our prints, the printing hadn’t even started, and later we were told they couldn’t do our printing because the file was too large or something. This should have been told us the first time we came in, or they should have called us to let us know (I left my phone number). Instead, we ended up wasting over two hours only to find out the printing couldn’t be done. We expected a solution or at least an apology, but neither was offered. One of the staff members, named Delphine, was extremely rude. She slammed our USB drive on the desk and walked off to serve other customers. This behavior was completely unacceptable and left us disappointed. Additionally, they printed one of our friend’s posters in black and white, even though we specifically requested a color print. Ask them to print it again if it doesn't look like what you were shown when you paid for it.
I scaled the image down and paid and printed it again (there is no scale function on their kiosk so you need to do it before uploading to the kiosk). I asked for a refund on the previous one and the customer service person agreed and then checked the print queue and walked off after processing the refund without saying a word and doing errands close by within sight of me. I waited 10 mins as I did for the first photo and all the 3 service people (including the one who processed my refund) knew that I was waiting for a print and just ignored me. After 10 mins I asked one how long I should wait, and they just went and picked up the photo and gave it to me. They all knew it had printed and just wanted to waste my time.
Don't recommend going here!

Read morePlaced an order for photos through their Printicular site. Never got an email to say they were being printed (as the website says they would). We tried ringing the store multiple times to check up on the order and were actually hung up on TWICE. After calling other Warehouse Stationary stores to try and contact this store (and to no avail) we finally got through only to find they hadn't started the order. They then said that the pictures were being printed right away and would be ready in 20 minutes, and after arriving 30 minutes later there were only about a quarter of the pictures printed. They then said that there was trouble with the machine but they would be done "soon". Anyway, after all this mucking around and waiting another 30 minutes in-store, we only ended up with a third of the pictures we sent to print.
