I went to Oko with my friend for the first time lastnight to get some dessert. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received from the lady who served us. She was unsure about what we were ordering and said she couldnt do waffles which we were confused about because it was on the menu. We asked for ice cream instead and it took her over 10mins just to serve 2 small bowls of ice cream. Another man came in part of the staff and we asked if theyre doing waffles he said yes we told him what the lady had told us that no they’re not doing it tonight. His excuse was she had just started working here. And? Whats that got to do with the fact she has no idea about serving customers or giving the wrong information about what we can and cant get. We then ordered 2 waffles and it took the guy over 20mins to do it they we were so close to leaving and getting a refund. He put too much ice cream on top of the waffles just way overdone. My 2 year old daughter was being a 2 year old and was constantly playing with the reservation holders on the shelf but the staff saw no issue with it and actually conversed with her, it made us feel very welcome. Lovely, helpful and professional, I couldn't have asked for better service. We will visit again soon and will be delighted if the same staff that served us are there. 12 out...
