It was a disgusting experience. Went there 10 minutes ago. They treat customers badly and are very ill-mannered. We purchased a pesto calzone that was old and had a weird flavour. The three calzone that we ordered they put them together in a paper bag. And for some reason they sliced them before and they were all different flavours. It was a mess.

When I pointed it out, the lady in the cashier took my bag violently from me, and that woman and the other guy there started treating my mom badly telling her she should have asked for three bags when paying.

After taking two bites each we just had to throw them in a trash can.

Very bad customer service and even worse...

Being on holiday in Bergen, I took kids to this shop after lunch to have an ice cream. When I was setting seats, one scoop of my ice cream dropped. I asked the salesperson to top up my ice cream with a new scoop and expected he charge me just for the gap, 6 NOK. Surprisingly he asked for 33 NOK for full payment of a 1-scoop ice cream. When they saw how stunned I am, the manager intervene with a gesture of kindness and charge me at half price of a full payment, 16 NOK. This level of green was not compatible with my experience I had so far in Bergen; and I had never ever seen such behaviour in last 13 years living...

I highly recommend Narvesen Harbitzhjørnet! This convenience store has truly become my go-to place for all my daily needs.
