This is my fifth trip Palau and first time diving with Neco Diving. So glad we moved away from the previous dive operators we had used in the past. Neco’s boats are bigger and definitely more comfortable. A very well organised and professional operation that catered to our interests which is mainly the wrecks. Happily let us do half tank dives on the Jake Float Plane and Chandelier Cave. Which a previous operator wanted to charge as two dives. At the end of each day they washed and hung out our dive gear and had it ready on the boat the next morning. On our final day they washed our SMB’s and the inside of the bladders on our BCD’s. Never had service like this anywhere and I have been diving for40years around the world. A huge Thankyou to our Dive Guide Daniel, great fun and excellent pre dive briefing and extremely compete in the water. Plus our boat driver Frasier who found deserted beaches and a jungle walk with cannons for our lunchtime breaks. Between them they found places to dive out of the wind and rain we were receiving The bento boxes for lunch were delicious with a good variety to choose from. There was plenty of bottled water handed out to hydrate over the long day. If you’re thinking of diving Palau consider...

The guides were good and the rental equipment was in decent shape. It wasn’t brand new and had seen some wear but worked perfectly well and was never a concern. The dive briefings were enough, though we have been other places where there were site maps or whiteboard drawings the guides did but we never felt confused in the instructions given. Underwater the guides were as attentive as you needed.
The best part of Neco was the pre trip communication. We booked months ahead and had an email from Kim about every month or so and then as we got closer to the trip every week or two. Since we were arriving late in the evening before our first day diving Kim asked us what our lunch order was.
From the guys who promptly picked you up and dropped you off at your hotel, to the super office stay and safe competent dive crew, you were always left...

Jellyfish lake was 15ft to 90ft deep. You walk a small sharp rock trail to get there. Don’t go bare footed. If you want to see thousands of them. Swim to the end of the lake. It’s shallow there and there everywhere. Milky Way beach had the white silt mud. It suppose to be amazing minerals for your skin. We ended it with a Japanese shipwreck. I Had lunch in Drop off Bar that’s Neco Marines restaurant. Tried a local dish called Poke. It’s a Hawaiian Sashimi type fish served in poke Marinade. It was spicy. I went for Desert. A slice of pistachio cake and vanilla ice cream with a ...
