We are on our 3rd dat of our 6-night stay at this incredible hotel, and I'm still grinning from ear to ear! As a family of five with three kids, we were blown away by the exceptional customer service that made our staycation truly unforgettable. Located outside CDC, this gem of a hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Despite its business hotel appearance, it's perfectly suited for families and groups.

From the moment we arrived, our kids were thrilled with the thoughtful welcome gifts – crayons, stickers, and coloring pads – that kept them engaged while we checked in. Our 1-bedroom suite was comfortable, and whenever we had a concern, the staff sprang into action, resolving issues promptly and proactively.

The real highlight of our stay, however, was the outstanding customer experience. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Rashley at the front desk was super attentive, while our cleaners, Ian and Jimmy, were meticulous in their cleaning and even crafted adorable towel dolls for my girls, leaving them squealing with delight!

Dining was a treat, too. Our server, Kiko, was an absolute delight, entertaining us with stories and insider tips on what to do around the hotel. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is its commitment to ensuring our stay was nothing short of fantastic. We received courtesy calls from Sir Nelson of Housekeeping and Sir Mark Anthony on our first day, checking in on us and making sure everything was to our liking.

Special mention to all the staff who were very accommodating with all our requests: Carlo of housekeeping, Sir Michael, Rachel and Frances of frontdesk, Sir George of Hues Resto. They all maje our stay more comfy.

As we head into our remaining stay here, we're hopeful that this exceptional level of service will continue. I'm already looking forward to sharing more about our experiences with the friendly staff once we check out. I thought I had already written a review about this wonderful and charming hotel, but I just realized that no ...

So I decide to write it today ...

About a month ago we came here to find our new home, for work, we are forced to moving to Angeles City, the city is very welcoming, clean, spacious and with comfortable circulation with the vehicle… Coincidentally, in that same room, we also celebrated our anniversary. In the stars, there is no "incredible" or "unforgettable" rating category, but that is the rating and assessment that we want to give to this wonderful and welcoming hotel.

At first glance, it may seem like a more ordinary hotel, but that is far from reality ... Its rooms are clean, spacious and cozy, the bathrooms are modern, spacious and strong, and the water supply is at a good temperature. the room and the hotel in general have a very good air conditioning and what to say about the food, excellent.

But this is saying little, compared to the treatment and affection received from the staff, from the security agents, lobby staff, parking service driver, restaurant staff, housekeepers, etc ... Huge, perfect and welcoming people all of them. During our anniversary they left us notes and decorations of affection in the room (IT MADE US VERY HAPPY ..!) They also personalized a cake congratulating us on the anniversary (ALL A DETAIL .. !!!) and also during our stay of 3/4 days Each and every one of them welcomed us every day with a smile on their face ... Simply, AWESOME.

Now, we are here again, this time longer, we will be around 15 days, but we can already say and ratify, that everything I have commented previously, is totally true, again, they continue to treat us phenomenally .. !!

I hope there are more hotels like this around the world, and above all, I hope there are more hotels like this here, in the Philippines ..! A pleasure to have met you, we will return again and again and we will invite our relatives to stay here if...
