Food's great for the price of P849 unli steak and unli 2 sides. Taste wise masarap but it's not something na hahanap hanapin mo. How they cook the steak based on doneness is sometimes inaccurate but still edible.
Place feels a bit rundown or somewhat unkept, kumain kami and there were flies even if they were inside the mall.
We've dined here twice already and I still felt like their staff need more training in hospitality. I'm not sure if it was just us but 2nd time we dined there it still felt like the staff wasn't happy about working there. I get that We tend to be tired especially from working many hours and days pero I swear parang they weren't too happy about serving their customers. Personal opinion, the atmosphere felt cold. We've dined in many different restaurants and cafes na sobrang daming customers but their staff are still welcoming and warm kahit sobrang busy but here it always feels like hindi ka welcome.
Again my personal opinion. Iba din kasi talaga when I compare them to other establishments.
However, all in all if you won't mind the staff and just go there for the sake of just eating it's...
Read moreConsidering the quality of the beef and condiments, surprisingly cheap. I always go for the unli. The sides are high quality - not just tummy fillers - real fries, real cole slaw, real mashed potato - and if you still want your rice fix but with steak taste - the steak rice is one helluva cheap meal. I have been dining here ever since it opened - the wines are inexpensive but quality, consistent serving and always the correct chilled temperature. The beef is correctly cooked and never frozen [melting water on the grille loses its flavor, but NEVER at Prime] . On the care and quality for the storage temperature of beef and wine - they are top of the class, include fine dining. Again the sides are quality. Reminds me of my fav Metro Manilar restos of my past youth. They just need stronger knives - they are sharp but because of the numerous diners and numerous steak that is attacked daily, Prime needs better and bigger handle...
Read moreThe food is actually good and the steak slices (despite being being unlimited) are decently thick.
We tried the NY Strip, Flat Iron steak, and the Salpicao and we added P100 for unli wagyu cubes as well. The cubes were great, the NY Strip was tender, the flat iron was a bit tough but has a bit more flavor than the strip and the salpicao was decent. For the sides we also tried the steak rice which was okay (they should have mixed it more because there was still large patches of the plain white rice), the garlic marbled potatoes (its alright), coleslaw which was actually decent and the mashed potatoes which has a somewhat weirdly sweet taste which is not bad, it's just not my thing.
Side note, they also have an unli wine promo but I wasn't able to try or check their selections because I was going to drive.
Overall, actually better than most places that claim unli steaks. A bit pricey but I guess...
