Starbucks Century City Mall — Restaurant in Makati

Unfortunately, this outlet, like many Starbucks outlets, no internet service, the temperature always too cold. Very uncomfortable to spend time having coffee. Please install temperature reading (thermometer) outside the office or storage or the kitchen so you will know the correct temperature reading. I love Starbucks but I always complain about the cold temperature. However, now I bring my jacket. Also, you have to look after the table, regular maintenance required. New tables, loose already. At this outlet, the glass door needs maintenance long long time. It seems the maintenance staff are blind or in a deep sleep. This outlet should be open until 12:00 am because too many customers working in the mall want to have coffee and meet for short time after the mall closes. Please check the time of your sales transactions, 8:30-9:00 pm too busy. Kalayaan outlet in particular, should be open 24 hours, 7 days. Always busy, heavy tourist attraction area. Overall, The staff at all outlets are outstanding and they're working very hard. They deserve 5 stars. I chose to select1 star to get your attention. So many cafes in the this mall only accept cash and g-cash so finally came in to the good ol’ reliable Starbucks. The girl at cash was friendly and provided good service although did not have the payment system set up and had to take extra time to do this while I waited meanwhile the guy who made the drink was less pleasant and seemed to hate his job or have a chip on his shoulder - rudely plopping the drink down and no word to the customer and it was made rather hastily and carelessly.
