We had a disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant, particularly in how we were treated compared to other guests. At times, the service felt inequitable, and it left a negative impression on our group.

One of my friends politely asked if there was complimentary bread while we were ordering, but unfortunately, she was ignored and didn’t receive a clear response. We waited patiently, but shortly after, another group arrived and was immediately served complimentary bread—without even having to ask. This left us feeling overlooked and confused.

We asked again, and a staff member told us to wait—so we did. Later, we saw someone carrying a tray of complimentary bread, and we thought it was finally for us. Instead, it was served to another table. This was particularly frustrating since we had been waiting longer and had placed our order earlier.

Eventually, I asked another staff member, who said the bread was still being baked and would be ready in 5 minutes. (Really? The table next to us, who arrived later, had already received theirs. Plus, another staff member passed by carrying bread.)

Please note: Each time we followed up, more than 5 minutes had passed. What frustrated us most is that we waited in line to dine here for a special dinner celebration, and we were excited for our friends to try the bread we had been raving about.

We had even recommended this place to our visiting friends, which made it even more disappointing that this was the experience they had.

After our meal, the manager approached us (perhaps sensing something was wrong) and asked how everything was. My friends responded kindly, though my disappointment was likely visible. A while later, the manager returned with complimentary bread packed for takeout. At first, we declined, but they insisted—so we accepted it.

While we appreciate the gesture, the overall experience left a negative impression. Unfortunately, we do not plan to dine...

The Roadhouse Platter was a carnivore's dream. The steaks, shrimps, and ribs were cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and juiciness. It was a true feast that left us satisfied and impressed.
