Bought 9kg of beef brisket. Almost 500zl. The receipt said: picanha. It was neither brisket nor picanha. Note: they are from VERY different parts of the cow. During preparation I noticed how different it was, the format, the fat, the meat, I even thought maybe poland cuts it completely different. I smoked for 16 hours it was exactly on point I wanted (several temperature probes) but once friend from Texas came to cut he immediately noticed it was not brisket. In hindsight, there was a big red flag when I was buying, both brothers or cousins were discussing / debating which meat cut it was while putting in the scale with price... Look. They have great cuts right in the display. If you buy one of those you will be happy. But don't ask anything outside of it because you'll be sold a cheap cut for the price of an expensive one and the worst thing, you'll waste your time preparing and cooking the wrong way because you trusted them. Stick with the pre cut...

Chicken is worst and it's the second time. The quality is no longer is their scope and I don't believe it's HALAL.

Chicken with blood and even if you cut it in pieces you can see blood. Are you playing with customers health?

You are lucky that I had guests, otherwise I will take it back to your store so all customers can see your reaction.

The answer you provide is just a generic answer who can a child give.

As I can see from customer replies is that what's important for you is just money as you increase the price and low quality.

You cannot even check what you buy at your store, wow 😦, such a great company.

Hopefully there are others in the market otherwise we can buy from big stores, don't worry it's HALAL in our religion 😉 and we have proof from our holy book.

No matter how grateful I am to this place, it wouldn't be enough. The lady inside is extremely kind and always smiling. She always offers tea, engages in pleasant conversations, and gives honest recommendations. For example, if I'm undecided about buying something, regardless of whether it's cheap or expensive, she suggests whichever brand she truly believes is of better quality.
