I grew up in Korea and I have tried bibimbap from many different countries but this is one is the top notch fusion bibimbap - authentic flavour and super tasty! <What we tried?> I had half bulgogi and half squid, and my partner had the Sweet and sour Tofu. The bulgogi and squid was a very good adaptation of traditional Korean bibimbap. The Sweet and Sour Tofu was more friendly flavour. <What we liked?> There were a few of ingredients which are not used for traditional bibimbap but the spicy looking (not actually spicy) radish and the bean sprouts made the Bibimbap authentic. <Recommendations> *Meat lovers - try bulgogi if you haven’t tried Korean bibimbap before *seafood & spicy lovers - surely squid (I loved the spicy squid sauce) *love sweet food & vege - sweet & sour tofu (Only tried three flavours so…) <Sauce?> My bibimbap was totally fine without sauces - I am not a big fan of sauce so I loved it. If you can handle a bit of spiciness, try the traditional chili paste. <Extra> Make sure you add an egg on top 😋

The inside is definitely more fast-foody than restauranty. There are few tables, so it gets crowded easily. They are clearly more focused on orders made to go rather than on eating in. That's not necessarily a bad thing, of course, just something to be aware of. The food was tasty and having the ability to compose the dish is great. My one and only problem with it was that everything was not very warm, and some vegetables (green beans particularly) were even cold. I prefer my dinners hot :) There are three kinds of tofu, which is awesome. Easy to be a vegetarian or vegan in this place. They offer exchanging rice for mixed grains. If they would additionally offer an exchange for cauliflower rice or konjac rice, this could be a a great keto place as well.

This place is a hidden gem that Korean food lovers should try. Not making you confused of what you should order cause they have their speciality, tasty and healthy bibimbap which you are free to choose the side dishes to accompany the rice. I guess they want to make it as traditional and authentic as possible as they do not experiment too much on the menu, which I really like. Even though the place is quite small, and almost always full, but it is worth a little wait with the taste, decent portion, the price and the food comes quickly. Now, I already added it to my comfort food list 😋 PS: when I remember to take a picture after my bowl is clean, it means I cannot stop while eating 🤭
