I was there just tonight. The waiters are need to get off their high horses. They seated me and I told her that I don’t need menu, just someone who is going to take my order. She said someone will come. Well, it took more than 15 minutes. Yes, tables were full but all they needed was 2 minutes. I asked the person who seated me where was the waiter and she told me to wait. After that Ilona came. She seem like someone was forcing her to work there. She didn’t even say hello, she was like what you want? When I was giving my order she sighed like she was disturbed and when she brought my order she just put them on table and didn’t help me when I said I don’t need plate-knife or fork she just ran, literally ran. Also, while paying (which was a different waiter) I said I wanted to pay cash put the money inside the book and he asked me if I want any CHANGE OR IS IT JUST OKAY? Like, excuse me?! I was shocked because I put there twice of the money I owned and he had the nerve to ask me a tip for their terrible service? No way.

So the waiters are terrible at their job but greedy with your money. I will never ever...

Hello! I had a bad experience here, we ordered the food through the qr code, we saw that everyone was delivering the drinks first and they didn't bring us anything, after 40 minutes the pizza arrived, but it arrived cold and without the dips that came with it, we asked several times for the drinks and for part of the order that was missing and no one gave us an answer, they told us that someone would come and no one ever went. Ogólnie co do jedzenia nie mam zarzutu wszystko było świeże i dobre, natomiast obsługa ma dużo do poprawy zaczynając od tego że wchodząc do restauracji czekaliśmy na kelnera który wskaże nam stolik tak jak to zawsze jest tylko szkoda że kelner przechodzący obok unikał nas nawet wzrokiem po czym podszedł i powiedział że zaraz kolega podejdzie, podszedł do drugiego kelnera chwilę z nim porozmawiał wrócił i spytał się na ile osób stolik, jak w końcu otrzymaliśmy swój stolik to znów usłyszeliśmy że kolega zaraz podejdzie żeby przyjąć zamówienie, i jak w końcu złożyliśmy zamówienie pojawił się kolejny problem, dostaliśmy zastawę i na napoje czekaliśmy z jakieś 15 minut oczywiście kelner zapomniał o jednym i zgłosiliśmy to panu który akurat w ten dzień roznosił pizzę bo po kelnerze ślad zaginął, swoją drogą pan roznoszący pizzę był chyba jedyną najbardziej kompetentną i miłą osobą, ogólnie zainteresowanie kelnera który nas obsługiwał ograniczyło się do przyjęcia zamówienia ponieważ jak poprosiliśmy go o rachunek usłyszeliśmy już tu słynne kolega zaraz podejdzie tylko szkoda że kolega chyba nie został o tym poinformowany i w końcu po 15 minutach czekania aż ktoś podejdzie z rachunkiem poprosiliśmy kolejnego kelnera o rachunek, podsumowując ulubionym stwierdzenie kelnerów w tej restauracji jest kolega zaraz podejdzie tylko szkoda że kolega o tym nie wie, niestety zawiedliśmy się ale nie na jedzeniu tylko niestety na beznadziejnej , lekceważącej i nie zainteresowanej klientem obsłudze, ps. byliśmy w piątek 24.01.2025 i można by to tłumaczyć że był duży ruch ale nic mylnego sala nie była całkowicie pełna więc kelnerzy mogli by się bardziej...
