LiVU — Restaurant in Bucharest

Unfortunately, although I have been a regular at Li-Wu, what can I say, never again. Although the noodles are good, I am really disappointed in their lack of making an effort to prepare meals without salt or soy sauce for people who cannot have those. While for others this is not a problem, for example Toan's in all locations, Li-Wu just doesn't care. It is true, it is really hard to make a special order, where you throw some noodles and veggies and skip the salt and the soy sauce. The woman serving us on Sunday was really bored and almost snapped at us when we asked if we can have a less saulty dish. Too bad! Two less customers, we will go to those noodle places where you can find the list of ingredients and the nutritional values. It is a LEGAL obligation to have those on display. I gave two stars for food because the noodles are not bad. But the attitude and the lack of desire to help......

The service doesn't lack a bit, it doesn't exist. The waitress is calling you with the bell used in the kitchen room, calling you respectless moving her arms like a runway agent in an airport. I've never seen this before. How can we already have this kind of service where the customer is treated like a pig. Shameful !! The cooking is correct for the price paid. Never ever in 44 years of my life did delivered food taste like this! It has the true WOW effect! I could not stop eating, even the portion is enormous, for a little money and they even sent an extra drink without to charge anything. Sorry for the picture, that is done after I already ate half of the portion 🫣. Did not expect to write a review for a fast food restaurant, but it’s way too tasty not to! Excellent...
