Although the noodles are good, I am really disappointed in their lack of making an effort to prepare meals without salt or soy sauce for people who cannot have those. While for others this is not a problem, for example Toan's in all locations, Li-Wu just doesn't care. It is true, it is really hard to make a special order, where you throw some noodles and veggies and skip the salt and the soy sauce. The woman serving us on Sunday was really bored and almost snapped at us when we asked if we can have a less saulty dish. Too bad! Two less customers, we will go to those noodle places where you can find the list of ingredients and the nutritional values. It is a LEGAL obligation to have those on display.
