Honestly this was the worst experience I had in a restaurant in Bucharest yet.😩👎 While the sushi was okay, the party plate for two we ordered with some starters was not even enough to make us full completely. There have been two big problems: the service and the temperature in the restaurant. 🥶😤 The hole time we were cold and asked the waiter if he could help us change tables. He told us that tables away from the door were reserved for other guests or for the preparation of deliverys (nobody showed Up and we stayed 10 min before the closing time). The only thing the waiter brought in a responsable time was the bill (this time 2 min instead of 15 min) . He forgot the order of my friend's tea, which was literally the first Thing we told him after he came to our table after more than15 min of waiting. The restaurant was not that full at all that such Long waiting times for ordering, drinks and food would be reasonable. To conclude I wouldn't recommend to come here because the customer service is just a big NO!!! For 45€ you can get better service else where, even in countries which are much more expensive in average (I am...
Read moreWe were here for the "All you can eat" evening, in a quite large group of 9.
Environment: The place is modern and nice, colorful aquariums and comfy sofas. A.C. a bit too high for a cold-ish evening (we asked them if it can be turned off, they said it can but no one actually did!).
Service, speed: The waiters were quite slow (even with basic things like taking the order or passing by when called) - even the drinks took rather long. However, the big amount of sushi that 9 people ordered was served within a decent amount of time.
Food: The "All you can eat" menu is much more restricted than their normal one (menu available on their website). Yet, they have 12 options of rolls (no Sashimi and no Nigiri) and some plates with rice or noodles. No soups, no desserts. The food looks very nice on the plates, is quite diverse and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. I would place it above some other sushi places in Bucharest.
Prices: For an all you can eat, it's extremely convenient - 60 lei. You then pay the drinks, which have the same prices like in all other Bucharest's decent...
Read moreSweet and sour chicken, more like chicken ostropel in tomato sauce, udon noodles...laughable, come on if you calll tagliattele udon noodles, then am really sorry for you, try and do a google search of what an udon noodle is. Sushi rice, you'd be luckier to catch a shark in them fish tanks than keep that rice together. Food was way below average. Best part was the bulk bought and re-served mochi. Poor fish in those tanks, way too big for the space they have.
To the blonde boss in the corner with her laptop, way to give stink eye to your guests, use your laptop to research the food you are supposed to serve.
On the plus side, cold non alcoholic drinks were nice, like the teas, nice tempura veggies, friendly waiters.
Wayy too much money for the...
