Wimpy Eastgate — Restaurant in Gauteng

Wimpy in park meadows shopping centre. I've experience such terrible service, and it's been several time's but I've never say anything until it's happened again on 31/03/2017! I ordered orange juice they took long to bring it to my table and when it come it has thick black thing's inside and there other customers knock on the window to show me that I'm drinking a dirty juice so I took it inside as I was seated outside I show them and I asked them to cancel all my order then I left without shouting or anything. After that the manager come after me her is Sarah she started to tell me that I don't understand orange juice the black thing's was seats I told her what I've was different from what she's telling me and she became rude I keept quite and she went back to their shop. After that I went mad because I know what I've seen I went back to wimpy then I started to shaut at her! They never said sorry for serving me a dirty juice. I'm so upset with wimpy in park meadows...

In less than 5 Minutes; to my great amazement: Cynthia Seabelo came to delivered the hot beverage I ordered. Wow. wow; Well done Joe Skosana and Cynthia Seabelo for an excellent customer service with smiles.

I ordered a cheesy veg grill. The 1st time around, the patties are burnt and inedible,there were no onion rings on the plate, we had to ask the waiter to bring the onions. The onions were oily and very soggy. The patties were sent back and given to us were over fried and just tasteless. The manager gave the excuse that the new veg patties were defeating the cooks in the kitchen. What does that have to do with me?! I just wanted a vegetarian meal.

My family member ordered a quarter chicken meal. The chicken was undercooked. We all ate our meals at different times due to these mishaps and the managr shouted at the waiter and not the kitchen staff who were at fault.
