Probably one of the worst lounges I have been to. Seating wasn't very clean, sandwiches offered was the best out of all the food on offer, according to my husband. There are very few hot food options to choose from - the spaghetti and steak didn’t look very appealing at all.

I am Gluten intolerant so there was absolutely nothing appetising for me. I opted for the (boiled up) pumpkin and coleslaw - both were revolting and it’s some of my favourite food - the beetroot salad was edible.

There were lots of cupcakes, sandwiches, cookies and rusks which looked fine but there were flies swarming around it - they did have two Tabard candles burning to chase them away but those candles are for mosquitoes not flies so weren’t very successful.

Cool drinks were cold, champagne was warm.

The staff was also extremely unprofessional, chatting extremely loud amongst themselves and laughing unnaturally loud - even the manager of the lounge were walking up and down (loudly) and speaking loudly to all the staff.

Yet none of the staff ever acknowledged us once - not even a friendly hallo.

No forks were available, serviettes were thinner than one ply toilet paper.

This is supposed to be under many airlines, Qatar airways especially, the flow of seats in the lounge was a mess , seats uncomfortable, the good thing was halal food served , no washing hose in the toilets , of the 2 male toilets😯 with only one basin🫤 no prayer space, had to use my only mat at a remote site in the lounge to make my Salah 😬nothing was special nothing was making this lounge to be under so many airlines as shown at the entrance, and Qatar Airways should use better than such facilities of no regards to our culture . At least could have requested praying facilities for men and women & wider halal food &. Better washing facilities.. I used my credit card to use the lounge thinking if it was chosen by Qatar Airways then it would reach the least Muslim standards… but sorry to say, other lounges in the airport I used before...
