I stayed here for several days with my friends and we had so much fun. The staff at the executive tower (especially the the staff at the concierge) deserve 5 stars alone. They were so patient and accommodating with our questions and requests- including requesting taxis (which we had issues with on our own phones). The cleaning staff are also really great, it was so nice to come back after a long and exhausting day to a completely spotless room. The room design is very nice - I really liked the bathroom, it was my favorite part of the room. The location of the hotel itself is also great - it is located across the street from myeongdong night market and is easily accessible by the euljiro il (1) ga station and myeongdong station. As it is located in the center of Seoul, getting to Hongdae, the National Museum of Korea, and any of the palaces by subway is pretty easy. Apgujeong Rodeo and Gangnam are I think not as easy to get to, I would recommend taking a taxi to and from there. As for getting to the hotel from the airport and vice versa, if you brought rolling luggage, you will have an easier time getting to and from by the airport bus, which you can pay for via card, cash, or t-money. I highly recommend this hotel...

This hotel is THE BEST. We stayed at 3 other hotels during our trip to South Korea. Here, The Grand Josun in Busan, the Banyan Tree Club and Spa near the Namsan Mountains and the Ryse Marriott in Hongdae. The Gran Josun and the Banyan Tree Club were both excellent but after the Lotte Executive Tower it was hard to beat!
Wonderful staff, easy check-in, beautiful suites. The Le Salon was wonderful. We only had breakfast there until our last night, where we finally were around for the happy hour. The happy hour was the best! Full dinner, tons of choices for drinks. It was a great experience. We ate many places in Seoul and kept missing it, and I’m glad we did. Because my husband would NOT have wanted to venture out; if we knew from the beginning how wonderful the happy hour was.
I also very much loved the location. Myeongdong is a lively area, touristy yes, but great fun. Also, there is a Michelin star ramen place within walking distance of the hotel. Also, it’s very central. We went every direction from the Lotte, by bus, walking or by train and all stops were super close. You can’t go wrong...
Read moreFive stars are not enough for this hotel! We’ve stayed in this hotel for 7 days and it was the best experience we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We are frequent travelers due to our jobs and we are basically living in the hotels. This hotel is exceptionally amazing in all aspects! The quality of the service is beyond expectations, we were spoiled by the hotel staff and the hotel facilities were spot on. The location is perfect, accessible to everything you can think of : next to train station, a mall that has everything, plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Stunning view, luxurious , comfortable, quiet and welcoming. Absolutely love it!
The only small thing that was frustrating is the fact that the check in staff omitted to mention that if we check out before 6pm, we don’t need to pay for extra day. We checked out at 6:42pm because we had our flight at around 11pm and we were informed only then about this when we already paid to...
