I’m so confused by the rating. We had an incredible experience here. We ordered as we went, we didn’t order everything at once so we can gauge how much to order. We had the chili shrimp wontons that were excellent. Shrimp pork soup dumplings were so yummy. Booth shrimp buns were so good the bread was nice and soft. We had tea at the table and split an entree of chicken and ordered greens and cucumbers. Then we ordered some shrimp eggrolls, those I didn’t like as much cause of the cream. But other than that everything was amazing. We’re going back to try the noodles cause everything was just so good.

Excellent dim sum and noodle soups! We had a really great time at this restaurant. You order on an iPad which makes it very simple and the food comes quite quickly. You can ask the waitstaff to take longer between dishes if you want. Each dish was better than the last! I would highly recommend this spot. We were lucky to sit right away but have seen a queue of up to 30min. The only thing that was not great is that they don’t clear the dishes from the table. Even when they serve the desert. So you end up with a table full of dirty dishes by the end of your meal

Din Tai Fung is always a must-visit for me whenever there’s a branch in the places I travel to. When we arrived between 2 to 3 PM, there were no queues, and the dumplings disappeared quickly into our bellies. We ordered pork and shrimp dumplings, spicy noodles, and custard buns—all were as delicious as expected. After my last visit to the London branch, which was disappointing due to poor quality (served lukewarm) and overpriced dishes (London prices), I thoroughly enjoyed every bite here.

Terrible for vegans compared to other country locations. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!! I have been to Din Tai Fung in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and USA. All locations mentioned have amazing vegetable dumplings, vegetable buns and vegetable side dishes. None of those were available here in Korea DTF. Also, I thought I managed to scrap by and order one of the few vegan mains I could find on the menu: "Spicy Sesame and Peanut Noodle Soup". There was no mention of meat or any animal products in the description. It arrived at my table with BEEF on it! BEEF! Absolutely...

The worst. So tourist unfriendly. When we got there, there were no other guests in line. Queueing system requires you to have south korea phone number or ask the receptionist. Receptionist completely ignored us, attended to 3 phone calls, 2 riders and 4 people behind us were already able to get a number. When we started to complain, she went inside again and asked someone else to talk to us. That is around 10 minutes later and when we were finally given a number we were already 6th.
