Bad atmosphere when arrived. There was a Broken glass on floor in the bar which I had to move to stop my 7 year old son stepping on. Food was terrible, €19 for what was like a thin frozen fish in batter, cold mushy peas and small portion of fries. As for the drinks, after minimal research (after we ordered unfortunately) our house cava charged at €30 was in fact just a €3.80 supermarket brand (actual picture of bottle attached). What a rip off. When the grumpy waiter brought it to our table he didn't even open it. Scottish waitress from bar next door was lovely, but when we hastily left I was followed up the steps asking how our meal was. Bit too late in my book so I told her about the wine, to which her reply was 'you read the menu didn't you' and I then advised on the over priced frozen fish and small portion of chips but I'd had enough of this by then and just left. If I could give no stars we would have . Family of 4, I had frozen fish and chips, wife had sub standard pizza,.2 kids opted for the burger kids option which they both didn't eat, 4 kids fizzy drinks all for a whopping €96 They then gave me an option to leave a tip...
Unfortunately this is my tip. Don't rip off your customers. We...

We came here for dinner to celebrate our anniversary while on holiday with the kids.
The food was great, a slice of bread was provided for my infant just to get her settled (very thoughtful) The chicken nuggets and chips were prepared promptly as my son was quite hungry; as well as the croquettas and prawn starters. My husband had ordered a Cuba libre, and an Española quesadilla as the weather was quite warm and he wanted something cold. I being 6 months pregnant ordered a bottle of water, mango and pineapple iced tea along with a whole traditional Paella. I managed 3/4 :) before my husband helped ( This would normally be enough for 2 people- I was just hungry)
Unfortunately, we had to leave before we could order our desserts. Our infant required her bed, and she would not be soothed at the restaurant.
Other positives; There was an assortments of drinks from cocktails to mocktail, to wine, to smoothies.
If you're a shisha lover this was also provided, but located away from the main dining area ( which we appreciated)
Finally, this restaurant had a live acoustic artist playing lovely music. We were able to maintain conversations without...
Read moreThe ambience is very nice. Many employees walk around looking haphazard, but few seem to actually be working. We ordered fish and chips. It took about 30-45 minutes for the food to be served. The fish was cold, in my case it seems to have broken in the deep fryer. There were 3 small pieces of fish hidden under the broken breading, covered with a lemon. The waiter (tattoos and beard) was very friendly and helpful, he immediately had the food returned and provided a new, now hot portion and checked several times whether it was okay. He didn't seem surprised at the complaint, I think that happens a lot. The owner just walked around the whole time and didn't seem interested in the needs of the individual guests. The man at the bar, when he had nothing to do, sat at the bar, looked at his phone and ate. It seemed like there were too many employees with nothing to do and no plan on how to work effectively. The food was not tasty, as many reviews predicted. You were deceived by the ambience and the nice lady outside. We didn't have cocktails. But maybe that's their core business and they should focus on that instead of serving bad food. Unfortunately no...
