Hi, I am happy to change my review to a positive one if my question can be answered.

I got my phone repaired on Friday 5 May and picked it up at 5:57pm. I had a severely broken display and required a new screen, which I paid for a repair + tempered glass.

Unfortunately, I am getting an error message - it says “unable to determine if your iPhone display is a genuine Apple part. This could be because the part is non-genuine or not functioning as expected, or the installation is incomplete”. This is obviously concerning, and I’ve also noticed reduced touch sensitivity on both sides of the phone.

I have tried restarting the phone but th error still appears.

Can this issue please be addressed or rectified? Unfortunately I live overseas and returned to the UK the next day, only to have this message pop up after my flight when I turned the phone on again.

I can confirm to 100% the experience of Snorri Jonsson. Today I made exactly the same experience in trying to buy a samsung s10e phone. He promised a price and then he tried to turn around the product (with wrong numbers of ram and memory (2gb ram and 32 gb storage which does not exist for s10e). Highly recommend this place! I went there with with a broken AirPods case thinking there are 3 solutions: repairing the case (probably not worth even trying), buying new case, buying new AirPods with the case (the most expensive). They not only came with a plan B: buying a wireless charger (super smart and also the cheapest), but also checked that it worked before I said yes. So - went there ready to pay for new AirPods, left super happy with the simplest and the most reasonable solution...
