EDIT AFTER REPLY: The tone of your reply confirms where the most urgent renovation is needed, and it is not the rooms. I would prioritize rebuilding your approach to customer service. --- My partner and I stayed here for a week, drawn by the promise of a prime beachfront location. While the hotel's position is indeed its greatest asset, the overall experience was unfortunately a let-down, primarily due to outdated facilities and a transactional service culture that overshadowed the positives. The Good: - Prime Location: You are right on the beach. - Decent Amenities: The pool is a good size, and the free towels for the pool and beach are a thoughtful touch. The Wi-Fi signal was also consistently strong. Areas for Improvement: - Outdated and Poorly Maintained Rooms: The furniture felt old, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room was in clear need of maintenance. - The A/C was too noisy to use while sleeping, and the TV was remarkably small for a modern hotel. - Bathroom Issues: The shower suffered from very poor water pressure and the temperature was irregular, fluctuating between hot and cold. - Misleading "Ocean View": We booked an ocean view room but found our view almost entirely blocked by palm trees and the thick structure of the balcony itself. This did not meet our expectations. - Lack of Basic Comforts: There was no complimentary coffee or tea in the room, a basic amenity we would expect at this price point. - The breakfast was average, with a limited selection. The most significant issue was the feeling of being charged for every small service, which created a very unwelcoming atmosphere. This "extra charge" culture discouraged us from spending any additional money at the hotel; we chose to dine, drink, and book excursions elsewhere. While the location is great, I cannot recommend it for travellers who value comfort, modern amenities, and good value for their money. There are likely better options available that offer a more pleasant and welcoming stay.

Excellent resort hotel, with a great location, beautiful pool, and clean rooms. Check in was smooth at the front desk, however, we did have an issue with the first room, though Eva and Miriam, were kind enough to set us up with a much better room. A big comfortable king sized bed, fridge, and TV with many Spanish and English channels, including CNN International and BBC World News. There's a good sized marble bathroom with a double sink, and a patio with table and chairs. The building colors here, white and peach, are very fresh looking. The pool and whirlpool also look and feel amazing. The location is right behind the local beach, where you can buy food and drinks, and easily head back to the hotel to eat or change. It's also located on the Gold Mile were there are many bars, restaurants, and shops just a few steps away. You can also use all the features of the Mediterranean Palace next door which has more families, loud party music, and young adults. If you prefer a quieter, couple-friendly resort, this place will be more suited to you. They have a Spa in the Cleopatra. We used the salt water pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and even had a couples massage. So relaxing! Further, the breakfast here (included without extra charge) is outstanding. Omelette station, custom sliced cold cuts, breads, pastries, fruits, Lindt chocolates, self-serve Cava, and much more. We had a late flight out to Poland on our checkout day and Eva and Julia happily extended our checkout time to accommodate. What a great week here, it's a highly recommended resort!

This review relates to my stay here with other family in 2022.This is one of the worst reviews I have written and what's worse is that this is actually a nice hotel, just the staff were dishonest with. So to start with the good. This is a really nice hotel, the decor is good it's clean and they have a nice pool area. I love their no pool chair reservation policy which they do actually stick to and enforce robustly. The food at breakfast was brilliant and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The downside.... there were noises consistent with building work coming from the basement under our rooms and this took place daily. When we queried this initially via our tour operator we were told that the hotel had denied that any building work was taking place. The hotel deny repeatedly that anything was taking place which is why I have added a video. The worst thing about this is we are really reasonable and don't like to complain. The problem is lying to us during our holiday meant that it couldn't be rectified and means that i loose 100% trust in this company. The most dishonest place I have ever dealt with as they continued to deny over and over that anything was happening even thought this was waking us up every morning like clockwork and we provided recordings of the noise we heard.

Just returned from our 4th visit to the Cleopatra Palace(7th-17th August, room number 7419)|First and foremost I must say the biggest thank you to Yolanda!! I had a medical problem and needed to see a doctor(nothing serious thankfully)while staying and with the help and support of Yolanda my stress and anxiety levels were put at complete ease and the phone calls to check in on me throughout our stay were very much appreciated. I was so pleased to see Yolanda and thank her again when we were waiting for a taxi to the airport home and she took the time to chat even though she had finished her shift. I will be forever thankful and grateful❤️||As this is our 4th visit you can already tell we love this hotel! Yes the rooms do need some modernisation but that doesn’t take away from the size of the rooms and the general feeling of the whole hotel . The beds are lovely and comfortable, you can request extra pillows by calling reception(9 on the room phone)|We always find something at breakfast and our teenage daughter loves the fresh omelettes, she had 3 one morning lol|The pool area is lovely and peaceful which we like. Lunch at the pool bar has always been nice obviously I go for the standard cheese and ham toasty, partner and daughter always go for the pizza which looks nice but a little too much cheese on them for me.||Daughter is a little old for kids club now but we popped down to see David and it’s was like meeting a friend with hugs and a good catch up. |The kids clubs is fantastic it’s open 10-6 and whole team are just fantastic. Daughter did pop down a few times to do the rock climbing. |There is always something going on and the team are so attentive so we never had any worries when daughter wanted to stay when she was younger, we would be able to relax knowing she was safe and having massive fun. Think me and daughter felt a little sad she is growing up. We popped down to say bye to David and the team and daughter actually smiled when David asked if she wanted her certificate and she happily accepted 🥰 ||Hotel is perfectly place with the beach just in front of the hotel and the Golden Mile with all the restaurants and shops one could want. ||I must recommend getting a taxi to Mongolia restaurant and Le Pepa food market in Los Cristianos for drinks, Le Pepa has a fab kids area which my daughter loved before she became a moody teenager and my grandsons love it now and we can all chill with a drink and listen to some music while the kids play.||I know everyone has their own opinion but we love it here and would recommend to anyone.||I will end my review with a thank you again to Yolanda and a massive thank you to all team at the Cleopatra🫶🏼|We will hopefully see...

I had the pleasure of staying at the Cleopatra Palace Hotel in Playa De Las Americas, and I must say that the experience was simply perfect in every way.

First of all, the size of the hotel is impressive, but it did not compromise the quality of the services offered in any way. The first thing I appreciated was its prime location right on the beach. The convenience of being able to access the beach with just a few steps is a priceless luxury. Additionally, the hotel provides free beach towels every day, which was extremely convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is also optimal for shopping enthusiasts as it is situated on a bustling commercial street. Stepping out of the hotel immediately immerses you in an atmosphere of shops, restaurants, and bars, making the evenings very entertaining and convenient.

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with a dedicated balcony that allowed us to enjoy stunning views. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and this aspect is very important to me when choosing a hotel.

The breakfast buffet was a real highlight. The abundance and variety of food offered were amazing, and the staff was always ready to replenish the dishes, ensuring that nothing was ever missing. The quality of the food served was top-notch, and I greatly appreciated the opportunity to start the day with such a delicious breakfast.

Lastly, I must emphasize the excellent value for money that the Cleopatra Palace Hotel provides. The high standards of service and comfort I experienced were offered at a very reasonable cost, making my stay even more satisfying.

In conclusion, I can only highly recommend the Cleopatra Palace Hotel to anyone planning a trip to Playa De Las Americas. Its perfect location, impeccable services, and excellent value for money make it an ideal place for an unforgettable vacation. I am sure I will return in the future to enjoy another wonderful experience...
