Came here on a Saturday, so naturally it was busy, and we didn’t mind waiting 10–15 minutes for a table. However, once seated, it felt as though our table had been squeezed in between plant pots just to accommodate two more people. Our server took our drinks and food order quickly, and the drinks arrived reasonably promptly. The table was set with Parmesan and other condiments, which was a nice touch. However, after about 20 minutes we received the four-cheese focaccia bread, which was completely bland—essentially just a lump of cheese on bread. After finishing, the staff seemed to ignore us completely as we waited for our mains. About an hour after ordering, a waiter acknowledged our frustration and said the food was on its way, yet it took another 15 minutes to arrive. When it did, my girlfriend’s chicken was grey, slimy, and tasteless. My spaghetti with Neapolitan sauce and sausage was severely undercooked, with hard lumps of pasta and very little meat; the sauce tasted like it came straight from a jar. Given that fresh pasta cooks quickly, the hour-long wait was especially disappointing. We only received attention when a server overheard us commenting on the poor quality. Asking for the bill was another ordeal, taking 15 minutes and requiring us to ask twice. Once the bill arrived, it took another 10 minutes to get someone with a card machine to pay and leave. Overall, the restaurant felt like organised chaos: no effective table zoning, no proactive service, and an inexcusable kitchen performance. Very disappointing from start to finish.

WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT This was my 3rd visit to this restaurant and the service has always been alittle below par but the food would make up for it but on this visit the food could not make up for the poor service first they gave us a out of date diet coke which they changed with no sorry for the mistake when we asked for other drink it never came but still was charged the pizza i ordered was first taken to the wrong table before i got it. It just felt like all the waiters just started working there that week. The starter which was a sharing meat platter was good but when it came to our main dishes, the pasta was a small portion but swimming in sauce. The fish pizza was very average.Sadly will now not return to this restaurant again which is a shame...the location is great and menu is varied..just a shame there is no love or care taken by the staff here.

The food is good and the service is nice and fast, but if your expectations are a bit more than good or nice, then... there's something missing. Ignoring the underlying identity crisis, my first choice would have been to go with a risotto. However, not being a fan of either seafood or mushrooms left me high and dry (there are only two varieties on offer). The options for pizza and pasta are a lot more diverse. In all fairness, the pizza is large enough to deal with the appetite, but the real telltale sign where the problem might lie is the very name of the place - despite the all-Italian selection, the food is American through and through (fork and knife for pizza, Hawaiian on the menu, etc). Kind of confusing, really. Which, in a way, is a shame, since the result is either that the menu is too Italian or the venue is too American.

The place looked lovley i came in and ordered food at 2:40pm and was shown to a table outside and given the wifi pass code by one of the waiters, at 3:15 I called the waitress over to ask how much longer my food was going to be she then went off to check and came back to tell me no one had put my order through. She then placed my order of burger and chips which finally arrived at 3:30 with out and apology or anything. During this 45mins I was not offered a drink nor was I offered one once my food had finally arrived. The was no condiments such at salt, pepper or any sauces On my table or anywhere to be seen. At 3:40 a waiter came to ask if my food was OK. I had to then ask him if I could have a drink brought to my table. Which arrived 5mins after. I'm not usually one to complain or write a review. Other than the terrible service and them forgetting about customer care whilst the place only had 6 other tables seated during this time thay I could see the burger was lovley nice and filled with bacon and an egg with some lettuce and tomatoes. The chips where great, nice and fluffy not to much oil on them at all. A good dish all round. If your looking for nice food I recommend here but if your looking for good customer care and attention whilst dinning out this is not the place to come to or at least it wasn't for me on the day. Who knows what they are like the rest...

AVOID THIS PLACE!! My girlfriend and I had an awful service and unprofessional service from the staff. We walk in and the staff showing us to our table was rude. We ordered our drinks and foods. Our drinks arrived 15 minutes later. 5 mins after ordering our food, two tables walks in. When we received our drinks, they placed their orders. 20 minutes goes by, they received their food. I called the waitress over, stating that we have been waiting for our food for a while and table after us has received their food. Her replied which tables and what did you ordered. I said we ordered pasta like them and she goes what did you ordered. I said Ravioli. She then went on and said that this is not McDonald and was completely rude. She has no manners whatsoever. I was wondering why this place had no many negative reviews. I now know why. She didn’t apologise or said,” I’ll checked on your food”. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Me and my girlfriend decided to pay for our drinks and leave. This is by far the worst place I have been. She needs to be fired. She brings the reputation of this place down. I have never been so disgusted. I would avoid this place if I was you. There’s a place down the road that actually does good pasta- El Faro Restauante. Service is excellent and staff are very pleasant...
