My husband wanted to buy me a charm for my charm bracelet, we showed the lady my bracelet and asked if they had suitable charms, to which she told us they did and produced a tray full of charms.

I made my selection, she took it out from the tray and places it in a little box. When we got back to the hotel that evening I went to put it on the bracelet only to discover it had no hook, and was in fact a pendant for a necklace.

The next morning we went back to the store explained what had happened to a young man and he turned and said "what do you want me to do about it? You mis bought it, it's your own fault."

We were totally stunned by his attitude and asked for a refund to which he refused, he then told me he didn't want to deal with me, he would speak to "the man" (My husband) which proved he devalues woman and thinks they are beneath him.
