Thank you for your response to my husband Dean Woolway's complaint. I would like to mention that the watch purchased was so faulty I have only just got it back some 3 weeks ago from Tissot. One could almost assume it was a reject or previously taken back! To be abused the way we were & to watch my husband being phyisically violated all because he asked for a refund was horrific. We have a photograph of the man in question which for legal readons we would not be allowed to publish. I note recent reviews are all 5* i wonder if these are real ratings, as we discovered after the event previous ratings were not of a kind nature. Nothing short of replacing our holiday would rectify what we encountered....it spoiled our week away.

Please note i have sent you a private email with photo's of the said member of staff that violated us less than 24 hours of purchasing a faulty watch. I have emailed you directly the purchase receipt dated 3/7/19 & collection from repair receipt dated 6/10/19. Nearly 3 months with Tissot being repaired. We are assuming we will not hear any further from you now that you have the receipts & photo of the assailant namely...

Do Not Purchase a watch from this Jeweller!! My husband bought me a Tissot watch as a holiday gift less than 24hrs later the watch is full of condensation!! We went back to the shop to explain and were accused of wearing the watch in a swimming pool for which they claimed it was not suitable for, despite the watch having a 50m depth suitability! We were told if I had worn it whilst using a hair dryer that would of caused the condensation! However we were told if it had been a man’s watch it would of complied with the manufacture’s guarantees. Both of the gentlemen in the shop became abusive & told us to send to manufacture in England. My husband asked for a refund as after less than 24 hours of purchase & wear the watch was obviously faulty. My husband was pushed in the chest and told to leave the shop otherwise the police would be called. We have just googled previous reviews & it transpires other people have been sold broken watches and treated with aggressive behaviour for daring...

Visited this jewelers with my watch and a complicated replacement strap from the manufactures which I had not been able to get fitted. Despite the fact he was in the process of opening up at the start of the day the gentleman in the shop listened politely as I requested his assistance. The watch was not one of those on sale at the shop, however the gentleman said if I would give him an hour he would hope to have it fitted. When I returned and approached the gentleman he pretended for a moment that he did not recognise me. Then with a smile on his face he magically produced the watch with the fitted strap. I asked him what he would charge for his assistance; I was told that there was no charge and he wished me a good time on my holiday.
