Food was decent, but the service was absolutely terrible. You’re better off going to another similar restaurant down the lane.

Our waiter (a bald bearded man) treated us like second-class customers. He spilt some olive oil on my hand and phone (not sure if by accident) while picking up a dish, and didn’t bother to apologise or clean up. He bolted off and went on to serve other customers instead, walking past our table many times but never seeming to be bothered about the mess he made.

We asked him for serviettes, and he acknowledged, but failed to deliver on even a simple task such as that. We resorted to asking another waiter, who delivered in less than a minute.

Other restaurant staff seemed decent, perhaps it was just bad luck we got this particular guy. If he’s serving you, change...

I've always wanted to enter this restaurant. I 🤔🤔🤔 " What a nice restaurant!" And it really is. It really is a nice place. So, it's not one of my favorites but...it certainly kept me out of this absolutely dreadful heat and a nice refreshing cold decaf coffee. So, again I appreciate very much, the location and layout of the restaurant right smack next to the subway and train 🚂🚂🚂 station of Provenza. It SAVED me from this dreadful heat... Good air conditioning indeed too.

You may think 🤔.... that's not so important 😉

Trust me, not all places have good air conditioning....

It was chaos in the restaurant there was food put on our table that we didn't order. The waiting time was relatively long just. I say this because i ordered a medium rare steak and got a steak that was pretty much not even medium it was really undercooked and the beginning of the steak was edible but the rear end was really red and as you can see in the picture definitely not medium rare. It was disappointing because we waited a long time and the restaurant looked nice but it was a big let down. The waiter also tried to argue with me when i said it wasn't...
