Went in there yesterday the service was awful. Iâm certain itâs because of the Spanish people hating âtourists/guirisâ. However, I live in Barcelona, speak fluent spanish, but obviously look English, with my two english friends. The girl we asked to find our sizes basically pretended to be helping us. After the first time we enquired about a jumper we were waiting 20 minutes so I caught her and reiterated, âDo you have it in mediumâ âoh no sorry,â âWeâll have a size small thenâ she asks on the radio and then sheâs gone again for another 20 minutes, ignoring us. It was obvious no one was actually serving us and we had been PURPOSEFULLY forgotten. They kept us waiting for 40 minutes, no one coming to tell us any information. My friend then had to ask AGAIN âDo you have it in the back!?!?â âOh no sorry we donât have any sizesâ. I then said âWell why has nobody come to tell us thatâ She gave us the smuggest and fakest response of âAwww really iâm sorry about thatâ. The whole shop is ran by 20 year olds, doesnât look like anyone has any experience or actually cares about the way the shop is ran. The girl had long brown hair, was wearing the long sleeve yellow scuffers top, and black shorts (could also see her bottom hanging out which wasnât very professional or appreciated). Overall, the treatment we received by her was disgusting and clearly done with malicious intent. The other workers were all nice enough but NO ONE took initiative to ask us why we had been stood there in the middle of the shop OBVIOUSLY waiting. This is coming from a fellow 20 year old girl and if she had been friendlier we mightâve bought more! She should be fired. Wasted almost an hour in that shop. I canât express how infuriating the experience was to be kept waiting with no server helping us or giving us any information on the products we were...
Read moreMost pretentious shopping experience I've ever had from a store that sells 70 euro hoodies. They had me wait behind a barrier with a line of zero people for ten minutes without greeting me at all, and then when I was in the store I found the item I wanted (that I was getting for a friend) and asked for it in a small. They took another ten minutes to get the size, and I saw the person I asked trying on bags and sunglasses with his coworkers while I was waiting for ages. After getting the item I bought it, only to find they accidentally gave me a medium. I tried returning it in Madrid and they were not even remotely helpful with providing solutions when they didn't have the size available in store, for example returning the item for store credit and then ordering it online. I honestly felt embarrassed to carry a Scuffers bag around in public afterwards and associate with such a baselessly...
Read morecool brand with nice clothes but the store is awful (+ stuff is always pissed by any action and maybe even my presence)
they take the clothes out of hands agressively to give you the same, losing the half on the way or saying that it's over even if you just had it in your hands
then a lady (looked like she's an administrator) forced me to get out of the dressing room after ±5 minutes regardless me having a lot of items, like we bought 5 and wanted to try more. I believe she's not a bad person but mad because of the tough day, hovewer she made my experience worse. funny though, nobody came after us and it remained...
