Beautiful store with useless staff that try to scam you. I have been there twice selecting a number of shoes which were under a price range of 40-45€ in their screens. Every single time I requested a size for those models they claimed they didn't have in stock, not even checking the storehouse, and instead they recommended newer models which were significantly more expensive.

Besides, one of the sellers (not assistant, but SELLER) repeatedly insisted in one particular pair which size was one smaller than my current one (EUR 44, UK 10) so finally I bought them and now they are completely useless so I can't get either a refund nor a discount on a new pair. Even funnier, he said the printer didn't have any paper so I couldn't get an invoice. Are you F* kidding me? After a non-sense and unnecessary chat, I finally got my dumb invoice.

In light of this, I presented a formal complaint which I expect to be resolved...

I visited this store today in Barcelona and my god, this is the most racist store I’ve ever been to. It was my birthday, and I wanted to buy a few jerseys to treat myself and the vibe of the store, the moment I walked in indicated that it was gonna be a negative aspect of my special day. The staff as well as the manager ignored, grunted, and racially abused me in the local language. One of them even shoved me as I was queuing up for the trial rooms and laughed with his colleagues. I sincerely hope the management addresses the issues and the staff members grow up in life and learn to live together. Porque no puedo poner 0 porque es la valoración que realmente se merecen. Compré unas botas de fútbol hace 4 meses se han despegado de la puntera y Brian el encargado de la tienda del Born a parte de que ha sido muy borde y desagradable dice que eso no entra en garantía. Que casualidad no? Osea unas botas que valen 330euros no tienen garantía y la solución que me da el simpático es que las lleve al zapatero. Según este individuo hace un año salió una nueva normativa que las botas Adidas con suela Fg no cubre la suela. Mentira! Porque hace 4 meses tuve que cambiarlas por el mismo motivo y me lo hicieron sin problema claro era otra persona más simpática y con ganas de trabajar que el que me ha tocado está vez. Si hace 4 meses se pudo porque no ahora porque no le da la gana. Lamentable el trato que dan Además no tiene ni experiencia porque resulta que las Fg no se pueden usar en césped artificial pero en el momento de vender te dicen que si luego te enteras de que al usarlas en césped artificial si se rompen es por culpa del cliente por hacer un mal uso. No guapo la culpa es tuya por mentir y no aconsejar bien. Me engañan y encima me las tengo que comer. He abierto una hoja de reclamaciones porque no me ha gustado el trato que he recibido por el y encima el tío se ríe cree que esto no va a llegar a ningún lado.
