It is a brand new experience, there wasn't really instructions on how to order, but it was fun figuring out. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. It is fast food like, so don't expect services, but be nice and they will do their best to help even in English and here is how to order: 1. You pick what you want at the entrance 2. You get a number 3. You order your drinks and sides (breads, tartar sauce, I think there are even salads) 4. You will pay and you get those pager disk and hold on to receipt. 5. Once the foods are ready (maybe one by one) the pager will vibrate, go to the windows with the receipt and pick them up. 6. They will cross out the items on the receipt 7. Bring the plates back to the window when you are done. Bread basket to the bar Pro tips: - get the tartar sauce - get the garlic oil with herbs - PAY ATTENTION to the KG price, they are heavier than you think: langoustine for example around 45€ per kg, we got two and it is almost 18€, so 9€ a piece, while it was really good and sweet, it is almost painful to think about how much it cost... - I would get the crab (if you know how to eat it) instead of langoustine, it is also 9€, they are also very sweet Total, almost 80€, consist of 3 sets of razor clams, 4 pcs of scallops, 2 pcs of oysters, 1 portion of octopus and Calamari each, 18€ of langoustine, 4 breads @0.50€, tartar sauce and 1 small lemon beer.

When we started to order, the first sentence I said to the staff member was "We have no idea (abt how to order)" as it was our first time dining in this restaurant. The staff member recommended a few seafoods including octopus. Because we already had octopus for lunch today, we asked "can we have a small one" and the staff member rapidly grabbed the smallest piece of octopus for us. I only learned each piece of octopus had the same unit price of 13.9 euro after I paid and saw the bill. The whole thing did not make sense because the sizes of the octupus vary so much - our piece was literally the smallest in the pile and it was around 1/3 of the other normal sized ones. I didn't particularly like the seasoning of the octopus anyways so it was not a big loss for me. But we would appreciate a reminder from the staff member that the octopus was not priced by weight, especially that they knew we were first timer. I don't believe any customer would consciously choose the smallest piece unless they were mistaken like we were. The other dishes were ok, among others the prawn tasted the best. You will get a tray with cutleries and set your table yourself, plus you'd need to go to take the dishes a few times each time your buzzer rings. We made our order at 20:59 and our second dish was ready 40 minutes after we ordered, acceptable given it was a full house.

Let me start off by saying this was my at least 5th time at this restaurant and definitely the last one! I have been regularly coming here since 2016 and the quality of food& service decreased incredibly.

What once used to be a must-go in Barcelona, became a poorly managed tourist trap restaurant with overworked staff, mediocre food taste and rude employees.

Boy that took our order, kept tending the tables, cleaning up and other stuff. We waited for our very simple dish for over half an hour! Tables were left dirty after guests for way too long, all the while new customers were waiting in line. Almost seems like they wanted to create the feeling of "busyness" by not cleaning up and therefore keeping other customers to wait.

The staff got our order wrong and as they put it on a plate with other dish, they wanted us to return the whole plate and contribute to the food waste. When we refused to throw the food away they declined to fulfill the originally ordered plate for free.. even though it would maybe cost them 2-4€. Goes to show that they don't care about keeping guests happy and coming back.

Food very bland, without taste and despite a pretty good price point, not something I would recommend to the seafood lover. Tuna steak was unseasoned - if I wouldn't see it on the bill, I would have thought I am eating something else. Gambas full of dirty brown water...

Overall, a restaurant that tries to attract customers based on old quality and fame while it now significantly underdelivers in all aspects. Do...
