Puc donarlos un sota zero? Vaig gastar mès de 4,000€ a la botiga de Pilma Diagonal i em penedeixo d’haver-ho fet abans de rebre els mobles que havia comprat. Ahir era la primera vegada que intentava parlar amb ells per un dels productes que havia comprat, com que no ens retornen diners, em donaria un val. Entenc la política, però la senyora que va parlar amb mi per telèfon va ser una vergonya total. Quan una estrangera fa un esforç per comunicar-se amb ella, en el seu idioma (tant català com castellà), no tan sols va intentar amagar la seva impaciència quan hi havia termes que no entenia. La vaig sentir sospirar per telèfon, intencionalment, diverses vegades. Em va enfadar molt amb aquesta actitud poca eespectuosa, ella va començar a acusar-me de mala educació, repetidament, sense deixar-me acabar de parlar. I em deia amenaçadorament que m’havia posat per l’alta veu perquè tothom a la botiga em pogués sentir. Em va sorprendre la seva descarada. Comportar-se així i després insultar la clienta, mala educació? Al principi de la conversa jo parlava amablement, per poder entendre com podem solucionar el problema, a canvi la seva actitud era seca, impacient (amb múltiples sospirs), hostil, agressiva i insultant. Fins a un punt li vaig preguntar si parlava així perquè soc xinesa? Però llegint els comentari aquí, he entes que això és Pilma. Un farsant patètic. Ara només espero que puguem rebre els nostres productes sense haver de parlar gaire amb ells, no vull tornar a sentir aquest disgust amb els seu patètic servei d’atenció al client.
Can i give them a minus? I spent more than 4,000€ in their diagonal store, I already regret it before receiving any product. Yesterday was the first time I tried to talk with them about one of the products I bought, since they don’t return money, they would give me a value that I could spend on other things in their store. I understand this policy, but the woman who talked with me over the phone was a total disgrace. When a foreigner was trying to communicate with her, in her language (I speak both Catalan and Spanish), she didn’t even try to hide her impatience when there were terms that I didn’t understand. I heard her sighing over the phone, multiple time. I was angry with this disrespectful attitude, and she started accusing me badly educated, repeatedly, not letting me finish my sentences. She threatenedly told me that she had put me on speaker so people in the store could hear me. I was just amazed how shameless this woman is. Behaving like that and then insult the client that she treated badly, who is badly educated here? I was speaking nicely in the beginning because I wanted to understand how we could solve the problem, in return her attitude has been dry and cold since the beginning, then impatient (with multiple sighs), then hostile, aggressive and insulting. At one point I asked her does she talk like this because I’m Chinese (sometimes people do talk differently to Chinese), but reading the comments here I understand, it’s just Pilma. A pathetic pretender. Now i just wish we would receive our products without having to talk with them much, I don’t wish to be disgusted again by their pathetic...
Read moreBought two tables here for 2000 euros. The "technicans" who came to install them did not put all of the screws in. The holes were there but they chose not to tell me anything. Thank god I caught it. They told me that the tables have all been defective for the past few months and that's it.
I'm baffled at how they would have just left my house without notifying me. I made them come back to fix it but it feels bitter to pay 2000€ for two tables that are defective.
Told Pilma about it and they refused to give us a discount. I'll never come back here, and I had 3 apartments to furnish in Barcelona.
Also, their staff does not seem competent or remotely...
Read moreI know this shop for 10 years and this year I couldn’t recognize it - the new shop manager is rude to customers and cheated me with the sale. He offered a product advertising a 30 percent discount without mentioning it had defects and was a no return item. He never sought my consent to that. He refused to cite names of his supervisors and said that only he himself can talk to them. It’s all ridiculous and unprofessional and no surprise the shop is mostly empty nowadays. Used to be a nice shopping experience and me and my friends in Barcelona bought a lot from them but after this story they lost us...
