Five Guys Burgers and Fries Plaza Cataluña — Restaurant in Barcelona

I could just take a picture of whatever looks based up or just look at some other people's pictures of their burgers, because you get something that they probably threw out from a cliff before you got it.......

The burger is completely tasteless, or simply said it tastes more in macdonald! And that's not a flavour I'm especially found of, the bread is soggy and to make it worse a fift of the toppings where under the burger???.....

The fries where at least half in the bucket but the rest was just scattered in the bag, and sadly all where soggy and not any special taste whatsoever.....

The milkshake (vanilla + chocolate with whipped cream) tasted more chemicals than an actual milkshake so not even this was a turning point.......

If you want a "better" burgers for half price just go to Macdonald's next door....... but we all know that Macdonald's isn't even nearly a good hamburger, so simply said:

I visited this branch yesterday, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Five Guys.

First, my order was incomplete — I had to specifically ask for the missing items, including water, soda, and milkshakes.

Second, the staff member calling out order numbers was literally yelling at customers, leaving everyone around shocked and uncomfortable.

Finally, when my wife, two kids (ages 5 and 8), and I sat outside at around 11:30 pm, one of the staff began gathering chairs and tables in such a loud and rude manner that it felt like he was trying to push us away, making it impossible to sit comfortably.

I’ve enjoyed Five Guys in the UAE, Bahrain, Rome, Milan, and Paris — in all those places the service was professional and welcoming. Sadly, this branch was the complete opposite: rude, unprofessional, and...
