This amazing store offers a wide range of beautifully decorated keepsakes that showcase the essence of Granada, Spain with a special touch of Andalusian culture, making it an absolute paradise for souvenirs. Upon entering the shop, I was warmly welcomed by Alba and Janina, who exuded genuine enthusiasm for their store's offerings. Janina, in particular, deserves special praise for providing a unique and personalised shopping experience that left a lasting impression on me.

What truly set Alba and Janina apart was their willingness to go above and beyond to assist me with my purchases. They took the time to show me in detail a wide range of products, patiently answering all my questions and helping me find designs that truly resonated with my preferences. Their genuine passion for the products and the cultural significance behind each piece shone through in their explanations, making my shopping experience not only enjoyable but also educational. The store itself was neatly presented with an impressive array of options to choose from. As someone with a deep appreciation for tile and ceramic patterns and designs, I was in awe of the exquisite pieces they had on display.

One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the reasonable pricing of the products. Having explored other souvenir shops in both Sevilla and Granada, I appreciated the fact that La Alborea was not taking advantage of tourists with inflated prices. Absolute scam. We went there to get tickets to Alhambra for a complete tour and this was something they said they could facilitate. We purchased the tickets for 89.90 euros and the tickets cost 10 euros if you purchase them at the official office. So already a rip off but we went with good faith that we could see la Alhambra.

We went to the place to get the audio guide and when we arrived we were given the actual ticket to enter which is basically them purchasing the tickets and then selling them for triple. The tickets they sold us were not for the whole experience and only to see the jardines, generalife and alcazaba. So we missed out on all the amazing bits being assured that we could see everything with the tickets we purchased.

We went right back to them without entering Alhambra when realising the scan and that we were given the wrong tickets. We didn't use the tickets and asked for a refund and the woman said we were in the wrong. We challenged them to view the cameras and they refused.

We spent the remainder of the time filling in three forms of reclamación. Because this is disgusting customer service and a massive scam.

We lost time and money and couldn't even use the ticket in the end.

Do not purchase tickets from this place and really inform yourself of what the tickets give you access to.

Estafa absoluta. Fuimos allí para conseguir entradas a la Alhambra para un recorrido completo y esto fue algo que dijeron que podían facilitar. Compramos los billetes por 89,90 euros y los billetes cuestan 10 euros si los compras en la oficina oficial. Así que ya una estafa, pero fuimos con buena fe para poder ver la Alhambra.

Fuimos al lugar para obtener la audioguía y cuando llegamos nos dieron el boleto real para entrar, que es básicamente ellos comprando los boletos y luego vendiéndolos por triple. Las entradas que nos vendieron no fueron para toda la experiencia y solo para ver los jardines, el generalife y la alcazaba. Así que nos perdimos todas las partes increíbles asegurándonos de que podíamos ver todo con los boletos que compramos.

Volvimos a ellos sin entrar en Alhambra al darnos cuenta del escaneo y que nos dieron las entradas equivocadas. No usamos los boletos y pedimos un reembolso y la mujer dijo que estábamos equivocados. Los desafiamos a ver las cámaras y se negaron.

Pasamos el resto del tiempo completando tres formas de reclamación. Porque este es un servicio al cliente asqueroso y una estafa masiva.

I visited La Alborea Souvenirs while exploring Granada and was really impressed. The store has an excellent variety of souvenirs, many unique and of good quality, much better than what you find in the average tourist shop. The staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted me in choosing the perfect gift and never made me feel rushed. The prices were fair for what you get. What really stood out was the authentic feel of the place. You can tell the owners care about what they sell. The location is great too in the heart of Granada, close to the Alhambra and Albaicín.
