I had been considering expanding my watch collection with a Panerai for some time. Since I was going to spend my holiday in Malaga, I began to investigate if there were any Panerai dealers in the area. I found that Quera sells Panerai, and that they would soon open a new store in Malaga.

I wrote an email to them, and quickly got a reply back from Manuel who confirmed that the store would open soon and that I was welcome to stop by. We made an appointment and I went in to visit the shop a few days after I arrived in Malaga.

Inside the store I was greeted with a warm welcome by Manuel and Carolina and after a good chat I decided to buy the Panerai that I had been considering.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. I came across a beautiful ring while on holiday, unfortunately the ring was too small. They were so helpful in making sure I could still buy it and get it in the right size to my home ( the Netherlands). They took my size and also gave me some time to think about it by giving their email without any pressure. When I emailed them 2 weeks later they were so kind and helpful in getting the ring in the right size, keeping me updated throughout the process and making sure the ring was safely delivered at my home. Buenas, quisiera compartir mi buena experiencia en la relojeria esta tarde del viernes con mi hijo y mi marido. Mi hijo quería ver un reloj de la marca Tissot y siempre los compramos en un gran almacén de Málaga, que el trato de la dependienta siempre fue espectacular y como son regalos que le realizó a mi hijo siempre está en complot con migo. Pero mi hijo llevaba días diciéndome qué había una joyería relojeria en la calle Larios qué queria ir a visitar. Yo ayer online en la propia marca le compré uno, porque en el centro al que vamos no tienen mucha variedad. Mi sorpresa fue al llegar a Quera, entras y todo el personal con una sonrisa en la cara de punta a punta. Eso ya solo al entrar te da una buena sensación y cuando nos preguntaron que estábamos buscando, ahí empezó una paz, una sensación de estar en familia, todo el tiempo pendientes de nosotros, nos acomodaron en uno de los mostradores y súper amables. Con nuestra marca nos atendió David, no se puede ser mejor persona y profesional. Aconsejando a mi hijo en todo momento que debería hacer un buen coleccionista como el, mi hijo qué era de relojes de pilas, David y las compañeras cuando hablábamos ellas comentaban también le explicaron a mi hijo las ventajas del reloj automático, es más mi hijo les puso varios inconvenientes que el le veía y le hizo ver las ventajas. Es más tienen una gama amplia de modelos e incluso David le dijo a mi hijo que había un cargador, y enseguida preguntó a su compañera y se lo enseñaron.
