Ay! Rosa Restaurante Madrid — Restaurant in Madrid

Food was good. I had the pollo burrito and my boyfriend had the carne asada quesadillas. The burrito filled me up. The quesadillas were 3 small servings and didn’t fill him up. Drinks were expensive too. The food wasn’t the issue though. Our waitress came and took our order, 15 minute she comes back and asks for a order again because she lost the slip. We wait for our food for another 15 minutes; we don’t have our appetizer out so we call her over and ask her. She says to us that she didn’t know we ordered and takes our order again. 10 minutes go by and we get our appetizers. Good, but not satisfied for a full meal. We wait another 20 minutes for our main meal, and nothing. We call her over again and she acts clueless to what our order is and doesn’t bother to apologize for her absentmindedness. The dishes and drinks were good amount and delicious. But we were not happy about how the owner treat us, cause we called one day before to make reservation, but they told us that they already full, so we can go to the restaurant directly as they also saved some tables for the customer who come in person. So we came to the restaurant at 8:30 as we wanted to reserve the time before. Beginning the owner gave us four table for 6 persons, he told us that we can use it until 10, cause there is more people will come after. So we were happy about this, but there is other three customer came, so he just took away our two tables to give them, we told them that we are 6 persons, it won't fit for us. But he just ignored our needs. It doesn't make any sense that give two tables for 3 persons as two tables...

I’m not one for leaving reviews but I just had to! I came here based on other reviews and images. Wasn’t expecting anything out of the world just a classic plate of tacos and a margarita. When my food came, it was undercooked and cold. The service up until that point was good, but when I mustard the courage to ask for a change, the waiter bit of my taco and man-explained to me That they were fine. At that point, I just wanted to leave I didn’t care about the food. Of course I paid and then went to the bathroom and it was horrendous. Very annoyed at myself for being polite and trying to accommodate him and making a wrong choice. If you have no taste buds and children, this would be a good choice.
