Pizza Natura — Restaurant in Madrid

Really excellent place. Gluten-free pizzas of the highest quality, with a soft, thin, pliable crust (it genuinely tasted just like the New York-style pizza that I grew up with :) Choosing just one was a difficult decision, since the menu is packed with options, including many vegan ones. Even more special were the generously-portioned, beautifully-presented desserts -- I don't know how they managed to create such a rich and luscious brownie without any added sugar or refined grains, but somehow they did. Even my skeptical, gluten-loving boyfriend ended up raving about his pizza and avocado lime dessert. Luckily we live nearby, so we'll be able to order from here regularly and slowly work our way...

Everything on their menu is gluten free. Yes! EVERYTHING! Everything we ordered was delicious. They even let us alter menu items to suit our picky children. We ordered 2 Margherita pizzas, caprese salad, The vegan queen(chocolate mousse dessert), and the passion mousse. The kids loved their pizza, so did we. It had a nice thin crust with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. My kids loved the vegan queen dessert. One of my children can't have wheat or dairy, so this dessert was perfect for him. The passion mousse comes shaped like a passion fruit and tastes like one as well. The next time we are in Madrid, we will gladly stop by again. We highly recommend...
