Very poor customer service! I visited the shop and was hesitant with a purchase of a sweater, so I asked the cashier if they accepted returns if I changed my mind later. He said yes, so I bought the sweater. Later that same day, I went back to the store and tried to return the sweater, and the same cashier told me I wasn’t allowed to. He said all I could do was switch out my sweater with a different color or another piece of clothing in the store. I expressed how he had lied to me and he claimed he had no way of giving me back the money even if he wanted to because he “just works there”. I asked to speak to his manager and he claimed the only way I could do so was to come back to the store on a future date when the manager would be there, even though I am going out of town before that day. He didn’t even give me any contact information to contact the manager and I couldn’t find anything useful on their website or Instagram. Extremely poor customer service and the cashier lied to me, WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! The cashier was even making rude statements to me, laughing at me and telling me to “just think next time” with regard to how I bought a sweater and tried to return it the same day. The store has a cool concept, but the customer...
Read moreI had the very good fortune to randomly run into this independent fashion / design store as I was exploring the famous Malasaña barrio in the center of Madrid and was immediately greeted and treated as if I were family. The staff explains everything in regards to the local artists that make the clothes and the concept behind what they stand for, which I thought was super cool and unique. The shop is is a must for anyone interested in getting unique and one-of-a-kind clothing in Madrid. The fact that they have such unique and limited edition items is really nice as you're garaunteed basically to always be wearing something that no one else has. As I was new in the city the reps Alex even gave me a ton of tips and recomendations on cool stuff to do in Madrid, you can really tell they care about the community. Highly recommend...
Read moreOk, this place may be trendy, and I appreciate the support of independent artists, but I cannot recommend the boutique. Namely, if you’re looking for jewelry, the proprietor is not a very experienced salesmen, despite offering a variety of jewelry in addition to clothing. I purchased a bracelet, and the standard sizing that any jewelry store does was not offered. Instead, I was assured that I could go to “any watch or jewelry shop” around to get it resized, which turned out to be quite mistaken. After an hours-long search of every such shop in the barrio, only one could adjust the bracelet, and it was more expensive than he said it would be to do so. And beware, there aren’t...
