From the second I walked in, the lady at the front desk was giving me the meanest looks. I had to stand in front of door wit her staring aright at me before she would open the door as if she was already assuming by how I look or something else that I cannot afford the clothes in there. To make sure I wasn’t crazy or it wasn’t in my head, when I was walking out, she kept staring at me and doing what I can only assume negatively speaking about me to her colleague as I turned around to check my suspicion and found her still looking and laughing at me. If you care about hospitality and don’t want snooty employees that act too good for their clients, don’t shop here. It was such an uncomfortable experience.

Si lleváis un producto a esta tienda; Carmen la dueña del establecimiento, no actúa de buena fé, aparte estoy segura que ni ella ni su personal saben identificar productos auténticos / originales, ya que la misma marca del producto que ellos indicaron era falsa, aseguró que la prenda que llevé allí era Original pero su daño se debió a una mala manipulación que hizo Carmen la dueña del establecimiento intentando exhibir la chaqueta, así que debido a que ellos no cuentan con la documentación ni la formación para acreditar que un producto es auténtico, yo me lo pensaría dos veces antes de comprar aquí; en mi caso le deje una chaqueta, ella revisó que todo estuviera en orden, me envió por WhatsApp el contrato y luego de haberme retirado, me llama a los 6 minutos indicándome que la chaqueta tiene imperfectos, que la recoja, evidentemente voy a ver lo sucedido y me entregan la chaqueta con un daño en la cremallera que previamente no estaba, le indico que la llevo directamente a la tienda para ver su autenticidad y revisar el daño y procede a dejar de contestarme, eliminar los contratos y conversación por WhatsApp para evitar aceptar la culpa del daño del producto; no coge mis llamadas pero si la llamo de otro numero si la coge y apenas sabe que soy yo cuelga, y nunca esta presente de manera presencial en la tienda se hace negar; evidentemente tomaré las medidas pertinentes para dejar un precedente y evitar que esto suceda con...
