The cash registry lady was extremely rude. She didn't speak any English, which is totally understandable and didn't bother us at all but she didn't even try to speak to us. We got one pack of coffee capsules and two packets of biscuits. She charged us the capsules two times and when we kindly informed her, in English she was quarrelsome and very rude. We kept saying "you charged it two times" to which she only replied "Yes". I can totally understand there was a long line after us, the place was very busy and she wanted to finish with us and get to the next customers, but still, she was really very rude. After we (still very politely) asked her to remove the second charge for 3-4 times she finally did, but then decided not to service us at all altogether. She just took our things to the side and said NO! And then kept talking to the next customers in line in Spanish very angrily about us. She was just bored to cancel the item she wrongly charged us two times instead of one and then got Extremely angry with us because we didn't speak any Spanish. The next customers saw it and looked at us and said sorry. The next Carrefour we tried was even busier but the staff was very polite (and of course noone charged us two times for the coffee capsules!!!) I never leave bad reviews for places, since I have worked in customer service and can understand a bad or busy day but this, was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
