We really enjoyed our Ham and Wine tasting with Pedro! Not only did we get try great Iberico and other sausages, hams and cheeses. It started with an introduction to a stew made with sausages among other things and some wine paired with that and why you should not use Iberico for that. We got to learn a lot of how Iberico is made and what makes is special. He knew a lot about other meats as well as the wine. We were a little afraid it would be very tourist-y but it was not. It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend anyone visiting Madrid that is interest in wine or ham to take this tour. Or check out the other tours provided. Very professional...

Pedro is truly passionate about his country, especially his native city of Madrid! He was extremely professional, and had great insights on everything Madrid. He was on time, and gave us an outstanding Tapas Tour.

We had 4 different stops, all really different, an with a unique twist on Madrid/Spain cultural history of their food and drinks. I can't recommend Pedro enough, as this was one of the best food tour I've ever had anywhere in the world....

I don't think you will find a ham and wine tour guide more knowledgeable than Pedro! Not only did he know it, he was excited to teach it. You can tell he loves doing the tours. And the tours are fantastic. From the extra, unknown, stop to try a traditional local cuisine to the ham house guys having a good laugh. We can't recommend Pedro and his company more! Can't wait to see what the future brings for him!
